Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Monday, November 27, reveals that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) rejected Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) condolences at the pub and pushed him to find Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) since he was responsible for the crash.
Rafe brought up Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and the blouse fibers underneath Gil Carter’s (David S. Lee) fingernails, which supported her claims of being attacked.
Under the circumstances, EJ and Rafe agreed there was no reason to charge Ava with anything.
Outside the pub on Monday’s Days episode, Nicole Walker-DiMera (Arianne Zucker) held Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) newly adopted infant and declared that it was her baby. Nicole felt that she’d know that face anywhere!
Once EJ appeared and got updates on Nicole’s claims, he gently insisted this couldn’t be their son.
Nicole reluctantly gave the baby back to Eric and apologized since she’d been so sure.
After EJ took Nicole home, Rafe joined Eric outside and gushed over the new baby.
Eric filled Rafe in on what just went down with Nicole, so Rafe agreed that was heartbreaking.
At the DiMera mansion on Monday’s DOOL show, EJ acted like it was understandable for Nicole to be confused given what she’d been through.
However, Nicole mulled it over once she was alone and decided she didn’t care what anyone else said. Nicole was adamant that Eric and Sloan’s adopted baby was her son.
Meanwhile, Dimitri wondered if Sloan really expected him to believe that Nicole’s baby didn’t make it when she adopted a baby on the same day.
Sloan tried to deny stealing Nicole’s child, but she caved once Dimitri started to call the cops.
Although Sloan told a sob story about her uphill battle to motherhood, Dimitri didn’t care – nor did he care whether Nicole and EJ raised this kid.
All that mattered to Dimitri was the fact that Leo was facing a murder charge for a baby that was still alive.
Dimitri warned Sloan to get Leo off the hook or else he’d make sure her plan blew up in her face.
At the Salem PD on Monday’s Days episode, Ava distracted Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) by bringing him dinner while Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) used his key copy to get in the evidence room.
There was a close call when Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) came in, but Stefan managed to hide until she was gone. Stefan retrieved what he came for while Ava got the good news from Harris that she wasn’t being charged.
Afterward on Monday’s Days episode, Rafe brought Harris’ lost keys to him and explained that they were at the sergeant’s desk. Harris was baffled, but Rafe suggested that maybe he dropped them.
In the interrogation room, Jada pushed Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) to throw Dimitri under the bus to save himself.
Although Jada wanted Leo to call Dimitri and set up a meeting to bust him, Leo refused.
