Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Tuesday, April 11, reveals that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) fully regained consciousness in the wine cellar and asked “Sweetness” if it was really her. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) confirmed that it was and kissed Steve passionately as they enjoyed their reunion.
Steve and Kayla exchanged updates on Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) behavior, so Kayla revealed that Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) lied about Thomas Banks (Eileen Davidson) being involved in her kidnapping.
Steve also learned Bo wanted Kayla’s help to build an empire like Victor’s and that he needed the prisms for Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) serum.
Although Kayla was worried about her brainwashed brother, Steve felt confident the real Bo was still in there and that love could save him.
Kayla eventually showed Steve the letter Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) had written to Caroline Brady (Peggy McCay), so she admitted to feeling sorry for Victor since he spent so many years pining.
Back in Salem on Tuesday’s Days episode, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) came to Titan looking for Victor, who was out of town.
After Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) offered to help instead, she found out Stephanie’s mom was in Greece and that Kayla had mentioned something about Victor over the phone.
Maggie admitted Victor had plenty of properties in Greece, including his childhood home.
Stephanie and Chad requested a list of those properties, so Maggie vowed to send them one and speak to Victor for them.
At the Salem Inn on Tuesday’s DOOL show, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) was surprised when Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) arrived to vent about a problematic relative.
Gwen assumed Alex meant Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), but he actually meant Maggie and complained about her putting the kibosh on the amazing prisms deal that he’d tried to arrange.
Alex also listened as Gwen griped about Xander and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) growing closer.
Gwen showed Alex the pic that Leo had taken of Chloe hugging Xander and mentioned witnessing a close moment for herself, too.
Once Alex left Gwen’s hotel suite, he bumped into Stephanie and Chad in the town square.
That’s where Alex overheard something about Stephanie’s mom, so she admitted Kayla was alive.
Alex confessed that he was relieved since he didn’t rob Stephanie of the chance to say goodbye to Kayla after all.
At the pub on Tuesday’s Days episode, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) found Chloe winning at darts and sharing some laughs with Xander, so he wasn’t happy about their bonding session.
Xander acted Chloe’s behavior toward Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) was totally understandable considering how awful Rachel had been.
Brady didn’t appreciate Xander badmouthing his daughter – nor did he like the fact that Chloe spilled their business to Xander in the first place.
As the tension escalated, Xander threatened to give Brady a black eye. Chloe wound up having to play referee before asking Brady to leave.
However, Brady refused to go until he talked to Chloe, so she asked Xander if he could give them some a few minutes alone.
While Xander was at the bar, Chloe apologized to Brady for blurting out that she hated Rachel.
Although Chloe was ashamed and didn’t mean what she said, she knew she’d made things worse.
Brady acted like they could get through this and assured Chloe that he’d talk to Rachel, but she wasn’t so sure talking would help.
Once Brady wondered if Chloe was giving up, she couldn’t offer a firm answer.
After Brady left on Tuesday’s Days episode, Chloe spoke to Xander about the situation, so he suggested sometimes there was a point of no return in relationships where you had to know when to walk away.
If Chloe and Brady split, Xander pointed out there were plenty of other fish in the sea.
That led to Xander rattling off a list of reasons why he was a great catch and getting a chuckle out of Chloe.
Once Chloe went back to beating Xander at darts, Gwen appeared and found them looking cozy.
As Gwen sauntered over, she guessed the news about Chloe and Xander being Salem’s hottest couple was true.
At Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) townhouse, she spoke to Brady about his Chloe problems and agreed to talk to Rachel for him.
Unfortunately, Rachel still wasn’t very receptive to the idea of making amends with Chloe.
Although Marlena was willing to try again tomorrow, Brady worried this would be a long process and pointed out time may not be something he had.
Sadly, Brady could already feel Chloe slipping through his fingers.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chloe and Brady will have to make some tough decisions about their future, so stay tuned to DOOL.
