Days of Our Lives Recap: Tuesday, October 3 – Belle Won't Forgive Shawn, Blasts Talia – Mystery Men Tied to Susan

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Tuesday, October 3, reveals that Belle Brady (Martha Madison) confirmed that she’d overheard Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu), so she knew Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) cheated on her with Talia Hunter (Aketra Sevillian).

Jada was sorry Belle had to find out this way, but Belle reassured Jada and insisted she was glad she knew the truth.

After Belle admitted she thought they’d turned a corner in their marriage, she put Shawn on full blast for hopping into bed with Talia.

Belle assumed this was about getting back at her for her own cheating blunders in the past.

If Shawn was being honest, he suggested that maybe Belle’s past did play a role in it.

If Shawn could understand and forgive Belle, then he felt she should be able to do the same.

Belle fired back that she didn’t understand Shawn – nor did she forgive him.

Shawn tried to get Belle to come home with him, but Belle told Shawn to leave her alone and walked out on him.

Later, Jada checked on Shawn and tried to distract him with updates on some cases, but he still looked distraught over Belle’s anger.

In Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) office on Tuesday’s Days episode, Talia tried to play dumb about Dr. Evans’ accusations.

Marlena pushed Talia to be honest about sleeping with her son-in-law, so Talia broke down in tears and admitted to landing in bed with Shawn.

After Marlena explained how she connected the dots, she acknowledged that she couldn’t say anything to Belle since she was bound by doctor-patient confidentiality.

An apologetic Talia assumed she really would need to find a new therapist now, so Marlena agreed with her on that.

Jada also stopped by the hospital and found Talia, who learned that Belle found out about her hookup with Shawn.

Once Belle made her way to the hospital next, she confronted Talia and told her to “go to hell” before stomping off.

Afterward on Tuesday’s DOOL show, Belle went to Marlena’s office for a hug as she admitted that Shawn cheated on her.

In London, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) drew his weapon as someone entered Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Harris Michaels’ (Steve Burton) hotel room, but he lowered it when he realized it was Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams).

Although Rafe wasn’t happy about Tripp’s arrival, Tripp was worried about Ava – especially since he felt Rafe only cared about locking her back up.

Rafe clarified that he wanted to send Ava back to Bayview so that she could get the help she needed.

Talk turned to Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) potentially being alive before Rafe got a tip that ultimately led to him getting Edmund’s address. Tripp insisted on going with Rafe, so they both headed to Edmund’s apartment.

Next on Tuesday’s Days episode, Ava and Harris woke up with their legs chained as they realized Edmund drugged them and threw them in the backroom with Susan.

Susan admitted she sent psychic signs to Ava since everyone else would’ve thought she was sending them from the great beyond. Plus, Susan figured Ava would be highly motivated to prove that she was still alive and clear her name.

When Susan heard EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) put a hit on Ava to avenge her, she found that touching before assuring Ava and Harris that it was horrifying.

Edmund brought some food and water, but Harris kicked the box back to him and suggested they weren’t fans of being poisoned.

Of course, Edmund acted like he had no need to poison anyone now that he had them all right where he wanted them.

Once Edmund recapped how he heard about Susan’s fatal car crash on the news, he flashed back to getting a call about her survival in the aftermath.

Two men eventually delivered Susan to Edmund to keep her safe, but Edmund claimed he didn’t know who they were or who they worked for.

Edmund nursed Susan back to health expecting that they’d reunite, but she woke up asking for Roger and admitted she didn’t love Edmund.

That led to Edmund chaining her up before he did the same to Harris and Ava when they threatened his scheme.

Although Edmund didn’t plan to harm Ava and Harris, he changed his mind when he realized Ava was to blame for the car crash.

Edmund dropped some grim hints before Susan admitted that he’d resorted to taking fatal action before, so Ava was concerned about him doing the same to her.

Back in the living room on Tuesday’s Days episode, Edmund loaded his weapon and answered the door to find Rafe standing there with Tripp.

After letting Salem’s police commissioner and his “associate” in, Edmund found out Ava and Harris searched for his address shortly before going missing.

Although Edmund played innocent, Rafe still wanted to take a look around with Tripp. Edmund refused to let his hostages be discovered, so he pulled a gun on Tripp and Rafe.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Edmund will lose the faceoff that’s now underway, so stay tuned to DOOL.
