Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) condition will lead to more drama for his loved ones, so let’s talk about what’s in store. Some scary moments are ahead that’ll leave Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and everyone else close to Abe concerned.
DOOL fans know Abe is lucky to be alive after getting bashed in the head with a rolling pin.
Colin Bedford (Jasper Newman) caused a brain bleed that required surgery, but Abe pulled through the difficult ordeal.
Of course, that doesn’t mean Abe will go right back to normal!
Things will still be a little fuzzy for Abe as he recovers at the hospital, where he’ll mistake his nurse for his own wife.
Days viewers might even see some scenes from Abe’s perspective as he confuses Paulina for this medical professional.
Abe will definitely be out of sorts, which explains why he’ll eventually vanish from the hospital without warning.
Perhaps in confused Abe’s mind, he’ll think he needs to go home or head off searching for the real Paulina once the nurse corrects him.
Abe may slip out of the hospital undetected and leave Paulina in panic mode soon after.
It’s bad enough for someone disoriented to disappear like this. That alone could put Abe in danger since he could do something like walk into traffic or even operate a vehicle in this unfit state.
However, there’ll be an added layer of danger since Days spoilers say Colin will make a quick getaway around the time Abe goes missing.
Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will find out Colin has somehow escaped from police custody, so the commissioner will send out a team to find him ASAP.
Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) was hoping to work some legal magic for Colin, but he’ll make things even worse for himself by fleeing from the cops.
Days spoilers say this risky situation will leave Sloan worried about Colin’s next move and whether he might pick up where he left off on his payback plot.
If Colin crosses paths with Abe while he’s roaming around bewildered, he could continue his vengeful goals or use him as a hostage for negotiations.
Bottom line, Abe’s vanishing act will leave Paulina, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Abe’s over loved ones fearing the worst!
