Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) will face some unexpected bumps in the road. DOOL fans know things have been going well between Theresa and Alex despite all Theresa’s secrets, but some new hurdles will threaten to break them up.
After Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) lands in the hospital following her tainted pill overdose, there’ll be concerns over whether she’s going to make it.
Of course, there’ll also be questions about how Holly got her hands on the drugs and who might’ve influenced her.
During the week of January 1-5, Days spoilers say Alex will present the possibility that Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) played a role in Holly’s drug use.
From where Alex is standing, it’ll be a reasonable option, especially since the cops will suspect the same thing! However, Theresa will become enraged over Alex thinking he knows her son better than her.
Days spoilers say Theresa will be furious with Alex for even suggesting the idea, so this will launch a huge fight that could put their future at risk.
Theresa won’t appreciate Alex blaming Tate for Holly’s ordeal, so she’ll rush to her son’s defense and rip into Alex in the process. Days viewers can expect Theresa’s fierce mama bear side to come out, so she’ll really let Alex have it.
Naturally, Theresa won’t be thinking about the forged letter, her plot with Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) or the Kiriakis fortune in this moment.
All Theresa will be thinking about is her protectiveness over Tate and how offended she is over Alex’s suggestion.
Although Tate will claim Holly was the one who got her hands on the pills, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will insist Tate’s the guilty party.
It’ll lead to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) lying that the drugs are his instead, but Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) won’t buy that. Tate will ultimately push for his own arrest to save Brady, so there’ll be plenty of drama going on.
Theresa will soften a bit toward Alex, but it’s Brady who she’ll really be drawn to – especially after he was willing to sacrifice himself for their son.
Things will get even messier between Theresa and Alex since she’s going to kiss Brady at some point during all this Tate chaos. Alex and Theresa will inevitably have yet another heated argument as a result.
