Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will thrive at Basic Black and carve out a new path for his career. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) convinced Alex to come on board and seemed genuinely excited to hire him, so that was refreshing for Alex after getting so much pushback from Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers).
Alex fought hard to please Maggie at Titan, but they constantly clashed over divisions, deals and decisions.
Maggie eventually fired Alex – though she relented on giving him another chance once Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) begged on his son’s behalf.
It was unbelievably satisfying for Alex to turn Maggie down and stick to his new job at Basic Black. It’ll be even more satisfying when Alex helps Brady crush the competition!
During the week of June 19-23, Days spoilers say Alex will help Brady lock in a new deal – one that could be a total game-changer for Basic Black and benefit DiMera Enterprises overall.
After Alex gets his first taste of success in his new position, Days spoilers state that he’ll celebrate with Brady by his side.
It’s easy to imagine Alex and Brady sharing a toast as they pat themselves on the back for making big things happen.
This might have something to do with Bella Magazine or a similar replacement for it since Maggie scrapped the whole thing.
Brady liked the work Alex did at Bella, so there might be a way to save it and reboot it under new ownership.
Then again, this could relate to the deal Alex accidentally fumbled at Titan. DOOL fans will recall how Yuri Kasnov (Josh Flagg) got cold feet since he felt Maggie was playing it too safe, so Alex couldn’t get him to sign.
Yuri owned a tech company, but there might still be a way to use that to Basic Black’s advantage in some way.
Alex is a gutsy guy like Yuri, so he might come up with a bold pitch to lock in some form of a deal.
Of course, there could be an even bigger and better client that Alex goes after.
Maybe Alex will deliver a proposal to someone else and lock in a different deal, which Titan will ultimately miss out on.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say Maggie will fume once she gets updates on Alex’s huge news.
It won’t be long until Maggie comes barging in during Alex and Brady’s post-deal celebration, so she obviously won’t be as happy as they are.
From where Maggie’s standing, it may seem like Alex stole business away from his own family’s company – just to get back at her and Titan in general!
Alex will get his revenge, but he may assure Maggie that it’s nothing personal.
Alex will push Maggie’s buttons even further by asking if she can’t handle a little competition.
