Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) has a problem on her hands, but she doesn’t realize it just yet. John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) managed to score some surveillance footage of Konstantin Meleounis’ (John Kapelos) accomplice, but it was too grainy to confirm that person’s identity.
That’s why Steve’s counting on Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy) to look into this and use the ISA’s advanced technology to crack the case.
It’s possible Shane won’t be able to pull it off, but there’ll be more Days drama if Theresa indeed gets identified.
In fact, Shane may have a hunch it’s Theresa when he first sees that still shot from the footage!
Since that’s his daughter, Shane might recognize Theresa even without a close look at her face and then confirm his worst fears soon after.
Then again, Days fans know Shane is a busy guy, so he might have Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) handle this task for him.
That could put Andrew in an equally difficult position if he finds out Theresa was part of a kidnapping plot.
It’s even possible Shane will confirm Theresa’s involvement and then give Andrew updates on the news.
This could turn into a family crisis where the Donovan men aren’t sure what to do.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers for the week of December 18-22 point to another member of the Donovan clan being privy to a secret.
Since Colton Little seems to have a DOOL return stint coming up soon, it makes sense that Andrew will find out what Theresa did and confront her about it.
Andrew may give Theresa a chance to explain herself before he reveals anything to Steve and John about Victoria Cook’s kidnapper.
Theresa wouldn’t normally go around snatching babies, so Andrew may assume there’s a good reason she got caught up in all this with Konstantin.
If Theresa can come up with a good enough story and get some sympathy, then maybe Andrew will agree not to spill the beans.
It certainly seems like a kidnapping cover-up is brewing since Theresa isn’t going down anytime soon.
Andrew may reluctantly promise to keep his mouth shut once Theresa spins a new tale, so she’ll avoid charges for now.
