Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) will end up visiting Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder), so it sounds like she’ll make the trip to Chicago. Of course, Bonnie won’t count on getting the shock of her life while she’s there, but that’s exactly what’ll happen.
DOOL fans know Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) was pregnant with Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer) baby when she left town.
Sarah was adamant about divorcing Xander, so she didn’t want to divulge the news that she was having his child and deal with all that fallout.
Instead, Sarah took the job that Rex arranged for her and left Salem with him.
Now that Sarah’s baby bump has grown substantially, it’s time for Bonnie to spy it and face a dilemma over what to do.
During the week of May 29-June 2, Days spoilers say Bonnie will make this discovery and presumably ask Sarah some questions about her bun in the oven.
It’s possible Bonnie will assume the baby belongs to Rex or that Sarah will mislead her to make it seem that way.
However, there’d be more Days drama involved if Bonnie suspected the baby was Xander’s and got confirmation.
Sarah might admit Xander is indeed the father and beg Bonnie to keep quiet if she’s just not ready to come clean yet.
From a writing standpoint, Bonnie is actually a great person to plop at the center of this Days story.
We can’t forget how Xander tormented Bonnie with multiple kidnappings and left her with a horrible fear of clowns!
Even so, Bonnie wound up rooting against the “Xarah” split in the end.
In fact, Bonnie went as far as making Sarah chase her around the room over the divorce papers and clearly didn’t think she should sign them.
That means Bonnie will understand Sarah’s reservations about being tied to Xander for life, but she’ll also see the potential for a reunion.
Regardless, Bonnie will surely feel like Xander deserves to know the truth about his child, but Sarah might promise that she’ll tell her ex eventually.
Maybe Sarah will push for a little more time to figure things out and send Bonnie back to Salem with a whopper of a secret.
Will Bonnie really be able to keep her mouth shut about something this huge?
