Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Talia Hunter (Aketra Sevillian) could end up becoming more than just Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) employee. DOOL fans know Talia impressed Chanel with her baking skills and quickly earned herself a spot on Sweet Bits’ payroll.
The problem is Chanel doesn’t actually have the money to pay Talia since she’s dealing with this frozen assets situation.
Chanel went against Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) warning and hired Talia anyway, so that’s bound to cause issues as this Days storyline moves along.
In the meantime, Days spoilers suggest Chanel will continue to bond with Talia. It’s obvious that these two get along well and have a lot in common.
In addition to serious baking talent and similar senses of humor, both Chanel and Talia are dealing with the aftermath of bad breakups.
Talia mentioned that her mama always said to never get your honey where you get your money!
Chanel ultimately agreed and acted like she’d learned her lesson about mixing business with pleasure.
When Chanel’s relationship with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) ended, it meant she lost her work partner, too.
Now Chanel will be connecting with Talia, who gave Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) news about her split from “someone” in New York.
We can’t help but notice the fact that Days kept things vague, so viewers don’t know if Chanel was seeing a girl or a guy. Of course, it doesn’t matter anyway if Talia is perhaps bisexual like Chanel.
Regardless, Chanel and Talia are both impulsive people who make spontaneous decisions that might not always be in their best interests.
It’s possible that Talia and Chanel will wind up sharing a kiss or perhaps even more.
It wouldn’t be surprising if Chanel and Talia went on the rebound by landing in bed together, so that’s an option to consider.
Whatever the case, Chanel might regret crossing the line if things get messy again and she loses her new star employee.
