Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) could have good reasons to grow closer. Sloan wasn’t thrilled about Eric involving her in the Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) kidnapping drama, but it helped her understand Eric on a deeper level.
Now Sloan has seen a softer side of Eric that’s great with kids. Sloan also knows Eric is willing to play dirty when it comes to his enemies – and she realizes there’s nothing he wouldn’t do to save someone he loves.
Since Sloan is spending more time with Eric and getting to know him better, Days spoilers say she may be tempted to change their current arrangement.
Sloan may ultimately realize she wants to be more than just Eric’s hookup buddy.
Of course, Eric understands Sloan’s pain since he knows all about how she lost her parents.
DOOL fans have seen Eric rush to Sloan’s defense with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), so part of him might like to be a real couple with Sloan just to get back at her.
We also know Eric’s going through a rough time due to the biotoxin-related deaths.
Eric is particularly upset about Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) declining health in the ICU, so he’ll no doubt fall apart once Marlena is gone.
Days spoilers say Sloan may support Eric after the fatal news and try to lift his spirits.
It’s easy to imagine Eric and Sloan flying to Vegas for a getaway or something along those lines.
Eric and Sloan would be the ideal couple for an elopement shocker if that’s how Days writers want to take things.
Since Sloan and Eric have insisted they’re not looking for anything serious, a drunken marriage bombshell would be the perfect twist.
Eric might try to party away his problems with Sloan and end up with another huge marriage-sized one!
Can you imagine Nicole’s fury if Eric and Sloan deliver quickie marriage updates down the road?
It’d be interesting to see how Sloan and Eric might behave as a married couple – thought they could always get an annulment or divorce eventually.
Eric and Sloan need something to spice up this storyline, so could they drunkenly elope and blow up their friends with benefits plan?
