Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, January 6, tease that Kate Roberts’ (Lauren Koslow) symptoms will progress much more rapidly than last time. Kate will go from sneezing to fainting in a matter of minutes, so Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will fear the worst.
Sadly, Kate won’t last long once she’s hospitalized in Friday’s DOOL episode. Before Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) can figure out what to do next, Kate will flatline.
Despite Rex’s best efforts to save Kate from a grim fate, she’ll die and leave everyone in shock.
Days spoilers say Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will collapse as well, so she’ll also be fading at a rapid rate.
Over with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), Days spoilers say he’ll make a horrible decision – one that’ll inevitably come back to haunt him.
Alex has been frustrated since Chad has been hanging out with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) so much and always seems to ruin the romantic mood.
It appears Alex’s horrible decision will involve some sabotage, so he should prevent Stephanie from hearing Chad’s calls and seeing his texts.
This will set the stage for Stephanie to miss saying one last farewell to Kayla before her death during the week of January 9-13.
Chad’s attempts to contact Stephanie won’t pay off until her very limited window has passed.
Other Days spoilers say Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will drop a bomb on Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn).
When John and Marlena get updates on the Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) kidnapping scheme, they’ll struggle to understand.
Of course, Eric will also explain that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) has been in control of the life-saving orchid this whole time.
Marlena will fume over Kristen being an “evil bitch” and hope Brady can finally wash his hands of her for good.
In the DiMera secret room, Kristen will swear to Brady that she truly has no clue where the missing orchid is now.
That news will prove even more alarming when Brady realizes Kate and Kayla have relapsed.
Brady and Kristen will try to solve the mystery of who took the orchid, but time will be running out for former hostages in need of the cure.
