Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) will have to abandon her disturbing plots in Salem. Although brainwashed Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will barge in the engagement party as planned, he’ll be stopped before he can take out Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).
That’s good news for Stefan, but Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will face a crisis of her own a little later. It’ll ultimately be Gabi’s turn to get dragged into Megan’s mayhem!
Days spoilers say Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) will face an interrogation over his role in all the Harris chaos, so he’ll no doubt point the finger at Megan.
Days fans can expect Megan to feel the walls closing in soon after, so she’ll have to adjust her plans.
Although Megan wanted to stick around and be the queen of all things DiMera, that just won’t be possible any longer.
If Megan wants to avoid prison or a far worse fate, she’ll have to think fast.
That’s especially true since Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will free EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) from the DiMera secret room.
In the end, it looks like Megan will get shoved in that secret room instead – or perhaps she’ll be held elsewhere if it’s more convenient.
Regardless, Megan should find some way to swap herself out for Gabi in this hostage scenario.
When EJ and Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) come looking for Megan – perhaps to end her once and for all – it seems they’ll find Gabi in captivity instead.
Days spoilers say Gabi will eventually get her freedom back and reunite with Stefan, so maybe they can have a real engagement celebration at that point – even if it’s just the two of them.
As for Megan, it sounds like she’ll escape and head far away from Salem as the week of July 3-7 wraps up.
Of course, Megan’s siblings and anyone else on her bad side might want to watch out for her revenge down the road!
In the meantime, Gabi and Stefan can get their marriage ceremony plans back on track.
Although Stefan and Gabi will hope they’re done facing obstacles, DOOL will inevitably drop some other surprises in their path.
