Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will struggle as he faces Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) imminent death. It looks like Johnny will put together a slideshow of photos and memories for Marlena – just to offer comfort in her final moments.
Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will step up to help Johnny with his project and will console him as they work.
Although Chanel chose Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) over Johnny during all the love triangle drama, that doesn’t mean she stopped caring about him.
Days spoilers say Johnny and Chanel will share an emotional moment that leads to them almost kissing.
Unfortunately, it seems Allie will witness the pair leaning in for this smooch, so she’ll be livid – even if their lips won’t actually touch.
Allie has always been rather insecure about Chanel’s feelings for Johnny anyway, so those insecurities are about to get even worse.
Days spoilers say Allie will confront Johnny and Chanel about nearly locking lips, but she’ll mostly give Chanel the silent treatment later.
Chanel will no doubt try to explain that it was a momentary lapse in judgment – just a mistake that happened because their emotions were so strong.
Allie may not see it that way since she’ll ultimately demand the truth about Chanel’s feelings.
Chanel might confess that she indeed still loves Johnny, even if she’s not IN love with him anymore.
DOOL fans will recall that Chanel was married to Johnny briefly, so they shared a special bond that only went off the rails because of the devil’s possession.
Whatever Chanel says won’t be what Allie wants to hear since Allie will turn to Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) for support in the aftermath.
Meanwhile, Chanel will clear the air with Johnny and perhaps reiterate that she chose Allie to build a life with.
Maybe Chanel will admit they came dangerously close to crossing the line and warn Johnny that it can’t happen again.
Johnny is also interested in Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) now, so Chanel might think they have to let the past go.
Of course, Allie’s conversation with Alex seems poised to head in a very different direction – and that’ll be partly due to Alex’s own breakup with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein).
Alex will need comfort just as much as Allie, so their mutual pain will put them in risky territory.
As Allie and Alex offer updates on each other’s problems, sparks will fly. It’ll be just like the threesome except without Chanel this time!
Days spoilers say Alex and Allie will end up kissing at some point, so we’ll see if that escalates to any cheating in the bedroom.
Regardless, Allie may wish she hadn’t overreacted and betrayed Chanel, especially if her girlfriend pledges her true love and offers an apology eventually.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say several romances will get messy during the week of January 23-27, so that could mean bad news for Allie and Chanel.
