Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, July 24, reveal that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will get some shocking news about Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Whitley King (Kim Coles). It looks like John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will call Marlena with updates on Jerry Prentiss’ (Terrell Ransom Jr.) story, so Marlena’s worst fears about the nurse will be confirmed.
Marlena finally recalled that Whitley was her patient back in 2021, but she doesn’t know what kind of awful guidance she might’ve provided since she was possessed at the time.
Regardless, Whitley faced terrible guilt after her husband passed away along with their three cats, but she never talked to a real mental health professional since Marlena wasn’t truly herself.
Something has obviously triggered some sort of psychotic episode for Whitley, who’ll experience a total break from reality on Monday’s Days show.
Instead of thinking this is Abe, Whitley might convince herself that he’s her deceased husband.
Whitley could also imagine some soapy scenarios on Body and Soul, but she’ll be living in the land of delusions no matter what!
Now that Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) has been found drugged and unconscious on the pier, she’ll be rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Kayla will figure out exactly what Lani was given so that she can administer the antidote, so Lani will thankfully survive and wake up.
That’ll give Lani a chance to tell Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) about her ordeal with Whitley, who’s still holding Abe hostage.
Other Days spoilers say Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will vent to Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) about Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), who’s become a very problematic new neighbor.
Chad feels like Alex might’ve intentionally got the apartment across the hall just to be close to Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and drive him up the wall.
Theo will listen to Chad’s issues with Alex and offer some advice, so Chad will appreciate the support.
Of course, it won’t be long until Theo finds out about Lani’s hospital crisis and races over to support her, too.
Next on Monday’s DOOL episode, Days spoilers say Alex will pay Stephanie a visit, so he may need some advice of his own.
Stephanie has been trying to assure Chad that things are strictly platonic when it comes to her bond with Alex, but is that really true?
Alex’s romantic feelings for Stephanie surely haven’t gone away – and deep down, Stephanie’s may be lingering as well.
