Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 17 to July 28, reveal that armed Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will make a big mistake by threatening to harm Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) – especially since Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) will witness the risky showdown.
That’ll give Kristen the upper hand when it comes to the custody changes during the week of July 17-21, especially since Brady could face charges.
Meanwhile, Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will grow suspicious when she overhears Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) and Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) discussing Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) secret.
That’ll force Bonnie and Justin to make a confession, but they could just make something up to throw Maggie off the pregnancy trail.
Next, Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) will genuinely try to move on from Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) by going on a blind date.
It looks like Li will be matched with DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang), so that’ll bring some clashing at first.
However, it won’t be long until Melinda and Li experience some flying sparks. It’ll lead to Li and Melinda realizing they actually have a lot in common, so they might go on another date eventually.
Other Days spoilers say Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will deal with more drama due to Lani Price-Grant’s (Sal Stowers) disappearance, but she’ll get some support from Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow).
Kate will open up to Paulina about Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) being alive and in treatment, so Paulina will be taken aback once that secret comes to light.
It turns out Whitley King (Kim Coles) was once in treatment as well, so Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will bring Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) up to speed on her former patient.
Unfortunately, Whitley is headed for a major mental health setback during the week of July 24-28.
Days spoilers say Whitley will have a total break from reality, so that’ll put both Lani and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) in even more danger.
Once Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) find Lani, she’ll be lifeless on the floor and in desperate need of medical attention.
The good news is Lani will get the help she needs at the hospital. The bad news is Lani will still have to return to prison for the remainder of her sentence.
Fortunately, it looks like Abe will have a chance to reconnect with Lani briefly before she’s transported back to the slammer.
Abe will wake up in the hospital once all the drugs wear off, so he’ll also get the care he needs.
As for Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), Days spoilers say he’ll have a blind date that ends in disaster.
It should leave Alex leaning on Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) for support in the aftermath, so Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) may have something to complain about when he confides in Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson).
Chad and Stephanie will try to enjoy a romantic night later, but they’ll face an annoying interruption. It sounds like Alex will derail things now that he’s Stephanie and Chad’s new neighbor.
After Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) apparently gets a positive pregnancy test result, DOOL spoilers say she’ll be eager to spread the word.
Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) should be over the moon, but Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) may have a more complicated reaction when she gets updates along with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
Since Nicole and EJ have a baby specialist appointment coming up, it’ll set off alarm bells for Sloan.
There’ll be some new test results that Nicole receives, so Sloan will worry she’ll get busted for her original paternity trick.
Meanwhile, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will catch Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) together, so that could raise her suspicions about their growing bond.
Dimitri will also send some sizzling text messages to Leo, so that’ll alarm Gwen when she sees those, too.
Nevertheless, Dimitri has a knack for talking his way out of trouble, so he might try to convince Gwen it’s all a big misunderstanding – especially since the marriage deadline is rapidly approaching.
Of course, we can’t forget that Rachel knows about Leo and Dimitri secretly hitting the sheets, so she could blab that to Gwen at some point.
Will Gwen find out the truth and call the whole thing off?
Finally, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) wedding day will also bring some surprises – including Rafe’s decision to go public with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) if she’s on board.
