Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 24 to August 4, reveal that Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) will get the antidote she needs at the hospital, where she’ll awaken with quite a story to tell.
During the week of July 24-28, Lani will assure Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) that Abe is alive in captivity, so there’ll be a mad dash to save him from Whitley King (Kim Coles) as her delusions get worse.
Once Abe is safe and Whitley’s in police custody, Paulina will have a chance to confront Abe’s kidnapper and whack her across the face.
Whitley may apologize and try to explain, but Paulina won’t be in the mood to hear any of it.
Over with Belle Brady (Martha Madison), she’ll push Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) to recant her statement against Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
Kristen might agree to that idea, but she’ll no doubt want the custody agreement changed in return.
Next, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will find out Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) already has Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) bun in the oven.
Nicole and EJ will also give Sloan updates on their appointment with Dr. Sorenson (Lisagaye Tomlinson), who’ll request a DNA sample from EJ for genetic testing.
That’ll lead to Sloan altering the results so she doesn’t get busted for rigging the original paternity test, but there are a lot of ways her plot could go wrong!
As Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) prepare to tie the knot, Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) will plan to marry Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) as well.
Dimitri will be cutting it close since he needs to marry before his birthday at the end of the month or else he doesn’t inherit the Von Leuschner fortune.
Unfortunately, Dimitri will get a little too bold about his secret romance, so he’ll send some scandalous text messages to Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and accidentally let them fall into Gwen’s hands.
Even so, Gwen will be ready to kick off the marriage ceremony soon after. Dimitri might explain away the messages and convince Gwen to become his bride as planned.
Of course, there’s a chance Dimitri could have a crisis of conscience – or maybe Gwen will be onto Dimitri and dump him at the altar.
Regardless, Gwen and Dimitri’s wedding will happen on the same day as Gabi and Stefan’s, so there’ll be some big moments coming up during the week of July 31-August 4.
Days spoilers say Kristen and Brady will head to court, where a judge will have a surprise custody outcome for them.
Until Brady and Kristen can learn to genuinely work together as co-parents, the judge might not want either of them to have primary custody.
It’s easy to imagine someone like Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) being in charge of Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) until Kristen and Brady start truly putting their daughter first.
Across town, Paulina will hope Abe’s memory will return once he’s home and surrounded by more familiar things.
Unfortunately, Abe will continue to struggle with amnesia, so that’ll leave Paulina disheartened.
At Bayview, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will bump into a face that’ll be familiar to DOOL fans, so stay tuned to see if it’ll be Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) or someone else.
As Sloan and Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) form a surprising friendship, it could lead to trouble.
Sloan will ultimately let her secret slip to Melinda, so it seems like a terrible idea for a lawyer to hand the DA blackmail material.
Back with Eric, he’ll deliver a proposal that doesn’t impress Sloan at all.
It sounds like Sloan will be disappointed over the lack of romantic effort Eric puts into popping the question, so he may have to try again.
In the meantime, Days spoilers indicate that Nicole will get some stunning news, so Sloan’s test doctoring may not work out as well as she’d hoped.
Sloan may not fix this well enough to avoid Nicole finding out the truth, which is almost certainly that EJ isn’t the father of her baby.
Other Days spoilers say Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will awaken to a shocking sight. There’ll be someone unexpected in Tripp’s bed, but will it be a lover or just a misunderstanding?
This could be related to Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) romantic escapades if he throws back some drinks and lands in the wrong bed to sleep it off.
Elsewhere, Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will turn to Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) with a special request. Since Maggie will be hoping for a favor, Xander will do his best to grant it.
Since Maggie thinks Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) has been lying to her about dating Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) again, she might see the potential for Xander to help.
Xander has moved on with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), so Maggie might want him to get in touch with his ex and let her know she has nothing to hide.
Regardless, Sarah is indeed hiding something huge since Maggie and Xander are both in the dark on her pregnancy.
