Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, August 21 to September 1, reveal that Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) will prepare to tell Eric Brady (temporarily played by Jason Gerhardt) the truth about the paternity tampering.
The week of August 21-25 will bring Sloan’s almost confession about Eric being the father of Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) baby, but plans will change abruptly.
That’s because Sloan will have some terrible cramps that send her to the hospital, where she’ll collapse upon entering.
Sloan will be admitted and checked out by Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), who’ll reveal the fate of her baby soon after.
Meanwhile, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will argue with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), who’ll convince him that he’s wrong about her being pregnant with his child.
Sarah will assure Xander that Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) is the bio dad instead, but she’ll confess to lying in a conversation with someone later.
Other Days spoilers say Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will discuss their mutual feelings, so they’ll get honest and decide what this means for their future.
In Iceland, Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) will derail a rather intimate scene between Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), but it looks like they’ll be able to explain it away.
Back in Salem, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will have a bad dream that feels like a warning sign of some sort.
That may tie in with Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) since EJ’s set to get into a heated argument with Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams).
EJ will presumably lash out over Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) costing his beloved mother her life, but things aren’t quite as they seem when it comes to Susan’s fate.
At Bayview, Ava will make some claims that the staff finds difficult to believe, so that might relate to Susan’s survival.
However, Ava will struggle with some visions and confusion, so she’ll ultimately worry she’s going off the rails again.
Days spoilers say Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will pull Ava into a hug and do his best to console her.
When Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) comes home to be with his grieving family, a newly engaged Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will be blown away.
The news that Philip’s alive will leave Chloe with plenty of questions, so he’ll do his best to answer them during the week of August 28-September 1.
Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will have a chance to catch up with Philip too, so she’ll worry about what’ll happen once Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) finds out what really happened.
Philip made it look like he faced a grim fate and set Brady up to take the fall.
It was a wild plan that ended with Philip landing in a mental health facility, so Belle Black Brady (Martha Madison) will urge Brady to go easy on him.
While Brady decides whether he’ll press charges or not, Kate will also fret over a different son.
Once Kate finds out Rex proposed to Sarah and plans to play the part of a doting daddy, she’ll fear Rex is only going to end up devastated.
DOOL spoilers say Sarah will eventually be rushed to the hospital, so it sounds like there’ll be a baby-related emergency that pops up.
As Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) continues to drink and spiral out of control, he’ll be headed for a major downfall.
Rock bottom is rapidly approaching for Shawn, so stay tuned to see exactly that’ll mean for him.
Next, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will likely offer to reverse Clint Rawlings’ (Grayson Berry) decision and put Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) back in power as the police commissioner.
The catch may be that Rafe would have to break up with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) or at least move their romance back behind closed doors.
Rafe may decide he’d rather figure out a new career path and let Jada take over the police commissioner role instead.
After getting some good advice from Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will make some updates to his way of thinking.
Days spoilers say Abe will ask Paulina if she’d like to go on a date, so she’ll be glad to make some progress with him.
Of course, there’ll be some other familiar faces in town for Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) memorial service, including Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley) and Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker).
While Sonny is in Salem again, he’ll cross paths with Leo and might quiz him about his love life.
Leo is having an affair with a married man again, so he’ll have to be careful about what he spills regarding Dimitri.
Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) will search for clues about Dimitri’s secret, so they could be on the verge of a major discovery about his inheritance.
The validity of his marriage will become a big issue for Dimitri, but Leo will have a risky plan that he hopes will solve all – or at least most – of their problems.
Over with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), he’ll feel guilty as he mulls over Victor’s demise and what it means for the Kiriakis clan.
Alex may regret walking away from the family company, so this could lead to him rejoining Titan soon – and that could definitely complicate things with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn)!
Finally, Dick Van Dyke will debut in a mysterious new guest star role starting September 1, so DOOL fans will be eager to learn more about his character’s memory gaps and how he’ll fit in the current storylines.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say some surprises are still to come, so don’t miss all the action over the next two weeks.
