Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) will put Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) in a tight spot. Now that Melinda knows the truth about Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) baby, it’s only a matter of time until she faces pressure to spill it.
After Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) revealed the rigged paternity test and the cover-up that followed, she swore Melinda to secrecy.
Melinda promised she’d keep Sloan’s shocker to herself, but is that a promise she can really keep?
During the week of August 14-18, Days spoilers say Stefan will get pushy with Melinda.
DOOL fans will see Melinda get backed into a corner, so Stefan may realize she’s keeping a secret that affects EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
Stefan is married to Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) now, but that doesn’t mean he can’t flirt with Melinda a bit and try to coax the truth out of her.
If that doesn’t work, Stefan can try to guilt-trip Melinda and urge her to see that he wants to look out for his brother.
Although Stefan has had his fair share of issues with EJ, he’s still family. That means something to a DiMera, so Stefan may feel the need to pursue this.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say Melinda will end up stressed over Stefan’s pressure, so she may finally blurt out what she knows.
Melinda could easily admit that Sloan messed with the DNA results as well as the genetic testing results.
Perhaps Trask will be the reason Stefan finds out EJ isn’t going to be a father again after all. Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is Nicole’s real “baby daddy,” but Melinda may push Stefan to keep this news to himself.
Since EJ’s already gotten his hopes up about this child, Days spoilers say Melinda might point that out and urge Stefan to keep the secret, too.
Part of Stefan may want to spare EJ the pain, but another part of him may think his brother deserves to hear the real story.
Of course, there may be yet another part of Stefan who feels like this info could throw EJ off his game.
That might be a good thing if Stefan decides to pursue more power at DiMera Enterprises with Gabi by his side.
Regardless, it seems likely Melinda will spill the true paternity beans, so Stefan will have to decide if he’ll do the same and blab to EJ.
