Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will have a new wedding to plan soon. Once Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) announces that he’s divorcing Gabi over her betrayal, she’ll be free to move on with her former husband instead.
Of course, it may take a little time for Gabi to officially end her marriage to Li and ultimately get remarried to Stefan.
However, DOOL fans can assume remarriage is indeed a step Stefan and Gabi will want to take together.
If it hadn’t been for Stefan’s brainwashing, he never would’ve divorced Gabi in the first place.
Days spoilers suggest this will be Gabi and Stefan’s chance to celebrate their future with a wedding do-over.
It should mean much more this time around since there’s no manipulation going on and “Stabi” are already madly in love.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean Stefan and Gabi’s next attempt to tie the knot will go off without a hitch!
After all, almost every Days wedding comes with a few obstacles and some potential bad news.
We can think of at least three threats that might put Gabi and Stefan’s big day at risk.
For starters, there’s EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) since he has an ongoing feud with his brother and has been known to resort to sabotage.
EJ could easily plot to blow up Stefan and Gabi’s remarriage ceremony down the road.
Although it looks like Li will truly let go of Gabi, there’s always a chance he could prove problematic, too.
Li has been a real issue for Gabi and Stefan thus far, so they may want to keep an eye on him just in case.
DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) would also like to have Stefan all to herself, so she can’t be ruled out as a threat moving forward.
Gabi and Stefan will definitely need to watch their backs as they make their way to the altar.
Nevertheless, Days has played Stefan and Gabi up as soulmates, so we have every reason to believe their remarriage will be successful in the end.
Once Stefan pops the question and gets this wedding do-over ball rolling, he should be destined to make Gabi his wife again – hopefully for good this time!
