Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) is alive and will make a comeback in the not-too-distant future. Although EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) currently believes his beloved mother died in a car explosion, Susan actually lived to tell the tale.
There have been some behind-the-scenes hints about Susan’s upcoming return, so EJ should get an amazing reunion soon enough.
Days fans will be eager to hear how Susan survived and where she’s been all this time.
It’s possible Susan’s been off recovering somewhere until she could get strong enough to give EJ the miracle he’s been waiting for.
There’s even a chance Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) or Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) had a hand in how Susan pulled through.
Then again, maybe Susan has been held hostage by someone and won’t come back until she escapes or gets rescued – whichever comes first!
No matter how this Days storyline plays out, Susan almost always has a premonition to share when she shows up in Salem.
DOOL viewers know that Susan’s visions can sometimes be a little jumbled and not entirely accurate, but other times they can be spot-on.
That could lead to troubling news for Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), who’s hiding her pregnancy until she can get a paternity test and find out who the father is.
Even if Susan doesn’t show up until after the paternity test results are revealed, she could have a strange premonition about Nicole’s bun in the oven.
Perhaps Susan could get some vibes that go against the results and ultimately become the one who exposes some DNA test manipulation.
It might be a situation where the baby appears to belong to EJ, but Susan’s not so sure that’s her grandchild!
Susan could at least feel like something’s amiss and end up derailing the happy family that EJ’s trying to build with Nicole.
There’s a good chance this child will be Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan), but Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) or another manipulative Days character could easily arrange for the results to be tampered with.
In that case, it might take someone like Susan to alert Nicole to trouble if her premonition proves too hard to ignore.
That could still make quite a mess for Nicole, but at least it could lead to the truth.
Regardless, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Susan will be back with all her usual premonitions and gut feelings, so stick with us for updates on how she’ll feel about Nicole’s pregnancy.
