Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, December 21, reveal that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will realize Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) is all alone on her birthday, so he’ll do his best to lift her spirits.
Meanwhile, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will face growing concerns about Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) declining health.
It’ll seem like Paulina’s heading downhill fast, so Chanel will insist on taking her to the hospital.
Days spoilers say Paulina will try to resist at first, but Chanel will explain all the reasons why Paulina needs to get examined by a doctor.
This is serious business, so Chanel will push Paulina to just let the staff at University Hospital look into what’s causing her symptoms.
Paulina has been exhausted and has had some trouble swallowing lately. It also seems like Paulina has been weak and achy, so Chanel will want her mom to tell a doctor everything that’s ailing her.
Once Chanel gets Paulina on board, they’ll fill out some paperwork at the hospital and wait on someone to be available to see her.
That’ll give Chanel a chance to get Johnny on the phone, so she’ll offer updates on Paulina’s hospital trip.
Days spoilers say Johnny will be alarmed over the news that Paulina’s sick and will want to support Chanel in her time of need.
That’s why Johnny will bolt from the DiMera mansion and make Holly a lonely birthday girl once again.
Since Holly will be distraught and angry over Johnny disappearing on her, she’ll raid the mini bar and get awfully drunk!
After Holly calls and blasts Johnny for leaving her, Chanel will push him to go support Holly instead.
Chanel will assure Johnny that she’ll be fine waiting for Paulina’s doctor and that Holly needs him more right now.
Other Days spoilers say John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will celebrate Christmas Eve with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow).
DOOL fans can expect some warm moments as all six of them gather and think back on some significant moments of the past.
However, the holiday fun could be tinged with a hint of concern. John has a big storyline coming up that’s connected to his past, so there should be some ominous music eventually to set the stage for it.
