Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, January 12, tease that Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will come clean about a family secret. There’s a good chance that’ll involve Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson), who’s alive and quietly receiving mental health treatment.
Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) will get updates on a shocker, so Lucas may fill him in as they debate how to handle the news of Kate Roberts Brady’s (Lauren Koslow) death.
Telling Philip could cause a huge setback, but leaving him out of the loop may not feel right either.
Next on Thursday’s DOOL episode, Days spoilers say Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) will push Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) to make a confession of his own.
Alex will admit he turned Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) phone off and made her miss her shot at seeing Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) alive one last time.
Although Alex will worry Stephanie will hate him if he tells the truth, Sonny won’t think Alex should let the guilt eat away at him.
It’s important to be honest and have trust in a relationship, so Sonny will feel like Alex needs to confess to her, too.
Meanwhile, Days spoilers say Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will comfort Stephanie as she tries to wrap her head around Kayla’s sudden death.
Kayla’s relapse came on quite rapidly, so it’ll be hard for Stephanie to understand how this could’ve happened.
The fact that Stephanie couldn’t say goodbye to Kayla will tear her apart, so she’ll struggle to understand that part as well.
Of course, it won’t be long until Stephanie gets suspicious over the phone situation, so she’ll expect some answers from Alex soon!
Other Days spoilers say Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will continue to grieve for Kayla and wish he could’ve found a way to save her in time.
Now all Steve can do is focus on taking Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) down, so that’s exactly what he’ll work on during the week of January 16-20.
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Kristen will feel the walls closing in in the coming episodes, so stay tuned to DOOL.
