Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, July 4, reveal that Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will continue to watch episodes of Body and Soul, so that’ll lead to a familiar face popping up on Whitley King’s (Kim Coles) favorite soap.
There’ll be some new scenes featuring Lauren Koslow (Kate Roberts Brady) in a fake role, but Jerry Prentiss (Terrell Ransom Jr.) is the one Abe will recognize.
Since Abe thinks Jerry is Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), he’ll be baffled when he spots his faux son in a soapy storyline.
Next on Tuesday’s Days episode, the real Theo will pay Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) a visit.
Theo will also have a chance to speak with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn), so he’ll get some comforting words during this difficult time.
However, Days spoilers say John and Steve will eventually deal with some doubts as they go over the case together.
There’ll be things that don’t add up for Steve and John, so they’ll have to consider the possibility that Abe is still alive and waiting to be rescued.
Over with Paulina Price (Jackée Harry), she’ll be drowning in grief now that she believes Abe is gone for good.
Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will do her best to cheer Paulina up, but she won’t be able to get her out of this depression pit.
Fortunately, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will help with that when he brings Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) back to Salem on furlough for Abe’s memorial service.
Days spoilers say Paulina will be blown away when she finally reunites with Lani, so that’ll definitely lift her spirits.
Lani will be glad to come home and get a break from prison, but she’ll struggle over the news of Abe’s sudden passing.
Of course, DOOL fans know Lani will always be a detective at heart, so it won’t take her long to suspect that things aren’t quite what they seem!
Whitley hasn’t covered her tracks as well as she thinks, so there’ll be some clues along the way.
