Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of January 1-5 reveal that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will take some tainted pills that leave her in a dire situation. Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) will find Holly unresponsive and call for help, so things will escalate quickly after the New Year’s Eve bash.
When Nicole Walker-DiMera (Arianne Zucker) gets updates on Holly’s ordeal, she’ll be an emotional wreck.
Nicole’s already been dealing with the loss of her baby boy, so the thought of losing Holly too will be downright unbearable!
While Holly’s dealing with this hospital crisis, she’ll get some special visitors.
Days spoilers hint that Grandma Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) will show her support for Holly and hope that she won’t join Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian) in the afterlife.
Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will also be there for Nicole during all the chaos, so Days spoilers say they’ll embrace right as EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) walks in on them together.
In the meantime, Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) will face more Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) problems.
Leo will rack up a ton of expenses and expect Sloan to pay the bill, so she’ll have to deal with the mess.
As for Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), they’ll both land on the hot seat.
DOOL spoilers say Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will have questions about Holly’s drug use and try to connect some dots regarding The Bistro.
Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will also put Ava through a grilling session and demand answers about whether she’s tangled up in the drug business.
Will Ava come clean about Clyde Weston’s (James Read) threats and the corner he backed her into or make up an excuse to throw Tripp off the trail?
When Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) tells Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) that Tate may have played a role in Holly’s drug use, Theresa will blow her top and defend her son.
However, the police will interrogate Tate and eventually arrest him. It looks like Tate may have good intentions as he tries to bend the truth for Holly’s sake, but he’ll create an even bigger mess in the process.
Tate’s crisis will leave Brady miserable and in need of guidance, so John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will steer Brady down the right parenting path.
Other Days spoilers say EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will get into a fierce faceoff with Stefan since his stepdaughter’s life will be on the line.
EJ may blame Stefan for letting Holly get her hands on some of Clyde’s bad product.
Next, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will have a bittersweet conversation about love, loss and moving on.
Over with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), they’ll be in their little bedroom bubble after making love all night on New Year’s Eve.
Chanel and Johnny won’t know the terrible news about Holly yet, so that could give Johnny a chance to pop the question since we know another marriage proposal’s coming soon.
Finally, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will push Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) to move in with him so they don’t have to keep passing Victor Horton-Cook back and forth.
It looks like Sarah will take Xander up on the offer, so this will give their romance a chance to bloom under one roof, too.
