Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of January 16-20 tease that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) will make a major discovery regarding Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). That should lead to Will pointing the finger at Leo for being the fake kidnapper clown in Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) scheme.
Meanwhile, drunk Xander will be a walking disaster – that is if he can even stand up! Gwen will find Xander plastered in his motel room and will struggle to help him pick up the pieces of his broken heart.
Over with Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans), she’ll have some shocking words of wisdom for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).
You’d think Bonnie would push Sarah to move ahead with the divorce, but she might take pity on Xander in the end.
After all, it’s not like Bonnie has a squeaky-clean track record either.
If anyone understands what it’s like to make huge blunders when you’re backed into a corner, it’s Bonnie.
Other Days spoilers say Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will support Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), who’ll deal with the loss of Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) manipulation.
Stephanie will know about Alex’s phone sabotage by then, so she’ll lean on Chad and struggle to forgive Alex for costing her a final goodbye with Kayla.
DOOL fans can also expect Stephanie to mourn with Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Joey Johnson (Lucas Adams) as they all share memories.
There’ll be some bittersweet moments as the Johnson siblings look back on some of their favorite moments with Kayla.
As for Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), he’ll get in Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) face and rip into her over Kayla’s grim fate.
It looks like that’ll give Steve a chance to secretly record a confession to hand over to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) later.
Days spoilers say Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will also put Kristen on full blast, but Kristen will keep her eye on the prize and decide she’d better escape with Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) while she still can.
While Kristen comes up with an exit strategy, Rafe and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will go on the hunt for her.
Kristen will try to blackmail EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) into helping her make a quick getaway, but that plot should go awry.
It turns out Rachel will spot Chloe and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) looking too close for comfort, so she’ll lash out in a big way.
That could create too much of a scene for Kristen to sneak off with Rachel and perhaps alert the cops to her location.
Rafe and Jada will emerge victorious somehow before the week’s over, so they may arrest Kristen and bond in the aftermath.
Regardless, Kristen will have to make some updates to her goal once bad news strikes.
Next, Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) will face off with Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) over all the brainwashing mayhem.
Li will rush to Gabi Hernandez’s (Camila Banus) defense in that confrontation, so he may admit he’s the reason Gabi’s going off the rails.
Gabi will do whatever it takes to make Stefan her man again, so he’d better be ready for some wild tactics!
Days spoilers say Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) condition will decline rapidly, but Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will make it home in time to bid her mother farewell.
Meanwhile, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will get Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) help working on a special slideshow to help Marlena remember her life.
That’ll give Chanel an opportunity to comfort Johnny and grow closer to him in the process.
Although Marlena may want to die at home, it looks like John will compromise by taking her up to the roof of the hospital.
That’s where Marlena will watch the slideshow and let memories flood back.
Sadly, Marlena will die as John holds her close, but don’t worry since she’ll return from the dead down the road with Kayla and Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow)!
