Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will hold onto his last bit of hope that he can undo the damage he’s caused. Xander’s problems with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) just keep getting worse, but he’ll desperately want to fix their marriage somehow.
Unfortunately, Sarah will be fed up after catching Xander and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) in a compromising situation.
Nothing steamy was actually going on, but Sarah has no reason to believe Xander’s side of the story – even if he tries once more to explain.
During the week of January 30-February 3, Days spoilers say Sarah will insist their marriage is over, so she’ll urge Xander to sign the divorce papers and be done with it.
There’ll be no hope for their future together as far as Sarah’s concerned.
However, Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) will keep pushing Sarah to give Xander another chance.
Since Bonnie has been so surprisingly supportive of a “Xarah” reunion, that could mean Xander and Sarah still have a shot at a new chapter.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Days without a few complications, so we can think of one twist that’d make an even bigger mess of Xander’s life.
Before we get to that, we should point out that Xander is set to spend the night with Gwen once he finally loses all hope of winning Sarah back.
Assuming that Xander and Gwen hit the sheets for real this time, this could bring an intriguing dilemma.
Xander also slept with Sarah not too long ago, so what if both women wind up pregnant by the same “baby daddy” at the same time?
That would level the playing field and prevent Xander from choosing one or the other based on the baby alone.
Xander would have to choose based on love – that is if Sarah could soften enough to be a romantic contender and want him back.
Naturally, Xander might envision a future with Gwen and their child as well.
Days could also offer the drama of co-parenting with the woman Xander doesn’t end up with, so it’d be a fun twist all around.
Both Gwen and Sarah have lost babies, so DOOL writers may make them mothers and offset some of that pain.
If Sarah and Gwen get pregnant by Xander simultaneously, it could take their rivalry to another level.
Double baby updates could change Xander’s life in so many ways, so stay tuned to see if he might face the news of two pregnancies.
