Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, July 31, indicates that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will show off the baby booties he brought to the pub, so Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will react to the news that Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) is having his child.
Of course, Roman isn’t a big fan of Sloan, so it looks like he’ll initially lash out at Eric for rushing into having a baby with this woman.
Eric is tying himself to someone untrustworthy in Roman’s eyes, but Kate may help her husband come around on the idea.
After all, Kate was the one who gave Eric and Sloan a push toward having a kid together.
Perhaps Kate will remind Roman that the important thing is Eric’s going to be a father.
Days spoilers say Roman will eventually settle down and express happiness for Eric, but he may still want his son to be careful when it comes to Sloan.
At the hospital, Sloan will change the genetic testing results since she’s determined to bury the Eric “baby daddy” shocker.
Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will be on high alert when she learns Sloan wound up with her paperwork, but Sloan will offer a cover story about getting the results accidentally.
At the DiMera mansion, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will attempt to slam the brakes on Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) marriage to Dimitri von Leushner (Peter Porte), so he’ll get some curious stares and dirty looks.
Since we know Dimitri will ultimately make Gwen his wife anyway, he might convince Leo to clam up – or maybe it’ll be Gwen who pushes her bestie to just let go of his reservations.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say Gwen will seal the deal with Dimitri, so they’ll share a kiss as they take this big step together.
It’ll leave Leo feeling guilty since he knows Dimitri’s doing this for the inheritance, but Dimitri will try to cheer him up in the aftermath.
Dimitri will want to continue his fling with Leo on the side, but that sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.
Other Days spoilers say Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez’s (Camila Banus) remarriage will be a success as well.
It won’t be long until Gabi and Stefan are celebrating behind closed doors, so they’ll waste no time in hitting the sheets.
Finally, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will get some legal updates and learn she’s needed in court right away.
DOOL fans can expect Kristen and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) to go before a judge who’ll deliver some curveballs when it comes to custody of Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) in the coming episodes.
