Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, June 5, teases that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will stay true to her word and let Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) come on board at The Spectator. Of course, Gwen made no promises about what the job would be like, so she’ll take great pleasure in making Chloe miserable.
That’ll leave Chloe in ranting mode once she meets up with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), who may offer to talk to Gwen and have her back off.
Chloe will get swept up in the moment with Xander and lock lips with him, but she’ll struggle with this messy attraction.
Although Chloe will eventually slap Xander and fight how she’s feeling, Xander will push her to just cave in.
Next on Monday’s DOOL episode, Days spoilers say Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will ambush Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) and ask all sorts of questions about Colin Bedford (Jasper Newman).
Sloan may assume Jada thinks she’s covering for her brother, but she’ll promise she’d come clean if she knew where Colin was hiding out.
The only hint Sloan can offer is what Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) told her about his run-in with Colin in a secluded area of the park.
Leo riled Colin up by trying to get him to agree to an interview, so Colin eventually smashed Leo’s phone and stomped off.
However, Leo will fear that Colin might come back and do far more damage.
Days spoilers say Leo will be worried enough to find Gwen and perhaps beg her to help him hide. Gwen will listen to Leo’s scary news, but she may think Colin’s got far more important things to worry about that him.
At the DiMera mansion, Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) will try to set Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) up in an arranged marriage.
It’ll be Megan’s solution since Dimitri needs to find a bride before his 40th birthday in three months.
Dimitri will understand that he needs to marry as soon as possible if he hopes to score a large sum of money that’s been set aside for him.
However, neither Dimitri nor Kristen will support this particular marriage plan. Kristen won’t want to marry her nephew, even if they aren’t related by blood.
Dimitri won’t be thrilled about marrying Aunt Kristen either, so Megan will be willing to attempt a backup plan – one that’ll involve Dimitri getting Gwen to the altar instead.
At the hospital, Days spoilers say Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will deliver the DNA test results after Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) passes along the paperwork, so Eric will face a tough blow when he’s not the bio dad.
EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will notice Eric and Nicole sharing a close moment anyway, but he’ll try to put any jealousy out of his mind and celebrate his “baby daddy” win.
After EJ assures Nicole that they’re in this together, he’ll urge her to speak with Kayla about a specialist and get updates on any medical advancements that might help her.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say a paternity swap could potentially change this storyline sooner or later, but EJ will fully believe the kid is his for now.
