In tonight’s FBI International episode, the First Lady of the United States contacted Forrester for his team’s help. She wanted to make sure that the American ballerina that was acid attacked in Vienna was getting the very best and so she asked Forrester to assist local Viennese police in bringing the attacker to justice.

Forrester of course agreed to take the case. He knew he couldn’t exactly say no to FLOTUS. He was also concerned about what happened to Nicolette Clark. She was about to debut as a Prima donna when she was attacked. Someone wanted to stop her promising career.

Nicolette was walking to her car when she got assaulted. She was in a parking garage and she unfortunately didn’t get a good look at her attacker before she got hit with the acid.

But she knew he was a guy. He ran off before Nicolette was found screaming. Nicolette also didn’t seem to care about the attack because she was more concerned with her career. She firmly believes her career is over thanks to this. She doesn’t even want to continue with her life. She refused to meet with any friends or her boyfriend.

Nicolette was dating Alva Boxler before this. He was on the Board of trustees for the theater company. Many felt that he helped her to gain status at the Kaiserliche Theater.

They thought she didn’t deserve her place onstage and that went along with the normal jealousy. Nicolette was given burnt flowers with a card that called her “little fat girl”. It was actually sent by her leading man onstage. He said he was keeping her on her toes. He also didn’t want to lift a woman that had gained weight and so he was reminding her to maintain her figure.

The guy also alluded to his own position being very precarious right now. The other dancers had seen what happened to Nicolette and none of them wanted that to happen to them.

They all figured a jealous dancer must have done it. The FBI thought the same for a while. They learned that her understudy was the only one who never visited Nicolette in the hospital. She was too busy gearing up to replace Nicolette. She also just didn’t seem to care about the other woman. Kira Sokolov claimed she wasn’t so emotional thanks to being a Russian.

Kira also claimed that she had several opportunities to become a Prima donna. She disregarded them because the directors always wanted something in return. She said she wasn’t going to buy her way in and that she’ll become a prima donna thanks to pure talent. Kira was touting her own horn, but these attacks were usually carried out by a domestic partner. The fly team did question Nicolette’s boyfriend. They asked him if he knew anyone that would dislike Nicolette strong enough to assault her and he said no name came up because everyone likes Nicolette.

Alva very much overinflated that idea because the feds did talk to her theater company. They were more concerned in replacing her than caring about and even Alva was quick to replace her at the theater company. He pushed for the show to go on without Nicolette. He barely waited to see if she might recover. She was still refusing to see anyone but the FBI. Vo talked to Nicolette. She did help Nicolette to see that there was more than just being onstage. She got Nicolette to push for justice and then she asked her about her relationship with Alva.

Nicolette had broken up with Alva two weeks before the attack. She had felt he was keeping too many secrets and so she ended things. He hadn’t liked that idea. He told her she’d be sorry if she doesn’t come back to him. He also asked her to keep their breakup a secret from the rest of the theater company. She did and then this happened. Alva talked to the FBI several times without once ever mentioning they broke up. So, they went back to talk to him again. Alva admitted they did break up only he swears he still cares for her.

He also said he didn’t mean to threaten her. He just wanted her to know that she would never meet someone like him. A truly good guy. Alva was only keeping secrets from her because he was working with the Austrian government to secretly take down several dirty individuals in Austria. He was truly being a good guy and he made enemies along the way. Some of these enemies might have found out about his relationship with Nicolette. The feds found one guy in question who went from threatening Alva to suddenly going dark right after Nicolette was assaulted.

The suspect was Leon Oliver. He was almost taken down by the authorities once before. The trial against him was mysteriously dropped and the Chancellor of Austria tried to clear out the bad rubbish. Alva came in. He didn’t help Oliver. Oliver began making the threats. Then he just stops the day after Nicolette was assaulted. Forrester and his team went to Oliver’s home where they just missed him. He went flying out of there in a hurry and so they searched his home. They found the chemicals used to assault Nicolette. And if he was willing to do that to hurt Alva, what does he have planned for Alva himself?

Oliver did have enough chemicals to hurt quite a few more people. Forrester and his people went looking for Oliver. They questioned his brother and his brother easily gave him up. He said Oliver was at a secret house. The FBI went there and once again Oliver saw them coming. He rushed to his car to race out of there, but the FBI followed him in their car and they had a car chase all throughout Vienna. Raines eventually forced him off the road. And he was arrested.

The case was solved and the show went on without Nicolette, but Kira wasn’t named lead right away. Smitty pulled some favors there. She did so because she talked to a Russian diplomat in the country. He warned her that a man with a grudge against Forrester was being released and so she warned him that Kira will never be lead unless they keep this dangerous man in prison. And after she got what she wanted; she allowed Kira to be the prima donna.

And Nicolette was later named the new resident choreographer for the theater company.

THE END!
