General Hospital (GH) spoilers for pre-February sweeps reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will face a difficult wait. Once Nina fills Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) in on her birth mom status, she’ll undergo the necessary testing and hope she’s a bone marrow donor match.
Since time’s running out for Willow, Nina could be her best shot at survival.
Keeping Willow alive will be Nina’s main goal, but Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will let their anger continue to affect their view of her.
Of course, this February pre-sweeps drama will kick off a rocky road for Nina and Willow.
Although Willow hates Nina’s guts right now, she’ll inevitably soften toward her biological mother sooner or later.
Willow and Nina just have to be willing to open their hearts to a real relationship.
Nina is certainly up for that, but it’ll take longer for Willow to make some updates to her perspective and come around.
That said, Nina’s life-saving donation could be a nice start in repairing the damage with Willow in the weeks ahead.
Michael won’t be quick to forgive Nina for the past, but Willow’s got a more forgiving nature and may slowly start to drop her guard.
In the meantime, there’ll be major fallout when it comes to Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) lies.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will throw all his support behind Nina and make sure Carly knows he’s furious over her deception.
Even Michael should give Carly an earful for keeping such a giant secret from Willow, who deserved to have all the facts and make decisions for herself.
Over with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), he’ll get stabbed in the back.
It looks like Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will join forces with Ava Jerome (Maura West) to teach Nikolas a lesson he’ll never forget.
Victor will make a move that leaves Nikolas reeling, so will Nik face arrest over the Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) situation?
Nikolas could do down for keeping Esme captive or even for trying to kill her if that confession video comes to light.
In Paris, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will find a way inside the building they believe Victor’s holding Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) hostage in.
Rene (Maria Tornberg) is an alluring woman from Valentin’s history, so he’ll turn to this former ally for help – though Anna will wonder if she can be trusted!
Back in Port Charles, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will land in dangerous territory.
We’ll see Heather draw some suspicion, so that could drive her to do some drastic things once February sweeps officially gets underway.
Until then, there’ll be some other GH pre-February sweeps problems for Cameron Webber (William Lipton), who’ll face a difficult curveball.
There’ll be a surprise that Cam would’ve rather avoided, so he’s probably going to become privy to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) romance.
If Cam spots Josslyn locking lips with Dex, it won’t be hard for him to figure out Josslyn was involved with him before their breakup.
The news of Josslyn’s cheating will add to Cameron’s pain and lead him down an angry path – one that could bring startling consequences!
