General Hospital Recap: Friday, April 21 – Oscar’s Map Breakthrough Leads to Victor – Dex Torn After Sonny’s Charity Gift

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Friday, April 21, reveals that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) admitted to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) wanted to fire him, but she was able to change his mind.

However, Brook Lynn still had questions about the stolen bracelet and how it ended up in Cody’s pocket.

Cody insisted it was planted there and did his best to convince Brook Lynn that he’d been framed.

At Charlie’s Pub, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) trashed Cody to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and warned her not to believe Cody if he came around spouting nonsense.

While Gladys accused Cody of taking advantage of Sasha’s good nature, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) watched her and looked suspicious nearby.

Gladys pitched the idea of a vacation, so Sasha offered to pay for it – though she couldn’t get away to join her right now.

Once Gladys reminded Sasha that she had a salary, Sasha insisted she could at least pay for all the upgrades and make sure Gladys was pampered.

After Sasha left, Gladys made a phone call regarding her accommodations and acted like the price didn’t matter.

Sam overheard and mentioned the fancy trip before Gladys brought up the fact that Sam bailed out Cody.

Once Sam admitted she didn’t think Cody was guilty, she questioned why Gladys was taking this so personally.

Sam kept pushing Gladys’ buttons, which led to Gladys walking out of the restaurant.

Later, Sasha crossed paths with Cody at the Quartermaine mansion, where he begged her not to think he stole that bracelet.

Sasha didn’t know what to believe and brought up Gladys, but Cody warned her not to listen to anything that woman said.

After Cody insisted that Gladys set him up, he couldn’t tell Sasha why.

That left Sasha upset since Cody was badmouthing her mother-in-law, so she said Cody was the one she didn’t trust anymore and stormed out.

At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) penthouse, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) asked if the Pikeman shipment conflicted with Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) wedding.

Sonny replied that he wouldn’t let anything interfere with Michael and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) big day.

After Sonny handed over a large envelope, Dex took it to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) on the boss’ orders.

Kristina was touched when she opened it and found out Sonny started a charity in her name, which involved transitional housing for homeless youth.

Once Kristina opened up about how Sonny really understood her, she told Dex she didn’t know what she’d do without him.

Dex looked rather guilty, but he seemingly left Michael a voicemail later about the Pikeman shipment and seeing what he could come up with.

Back with Sonny, he got a visit from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and revealed he was going to the wedding.

Dante warned Sonny not to crash it, but his dad clarified that Michael invited him – though Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) wasn’t on the guest list.

After Dante considered the possibility of Sonny becoming part of the family again while Nina was shut out, he wondered how that would affect their relationship.

Sonny felt confident that his romance with Nina would be fine and declared that they’d all be a family again someday – including Nina.

At GH, Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) told TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) that she was headed to her routine follow-up appointment with Dr. Sofia Navarro (Christine Ferraro), but she assumed the doc would give them the green light to keep trying for a baby.

Unfortunately, Dr. Navarro seemed concerned once that appointment got underway.

Since Molly had some symptoms that could indicate endometriosis, she wanted to do a biopsy so they could know for sure.

In a storage room, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) mentioned that Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) left some of Oscar Nero-Quartermaine’s (Garren Stitt) stuff behind when she moved to Manhattan.

Since Kim had given Oscar some of Drew’s old things, Drew hoped maybe there’d be some clues from his days as a Navy SEAL.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) helped Drew look through some boxes before they found a book on Greek mythology, which had a map folded inside.

There was a Virgo sign embossed in the corner, so Drew figured out that Virgo had ties to Demeter, the goddess of fertility.

Once Drew and Curtis gave Laura Collins (Genie Francis) updates on all this, she looked at the map that contained several circled locations.

Based on all the clues, Laura was able to help Curtis and Drew settle on one particular location where Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was likely headed.

Once Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) donned some clothes from the ship’s lost-and-found box, she admitted to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) that she was scared.

Spencer insisted there was nothing they couldn’t face together – and they were indeed trapped together in the same room.

Trina assured Spencer that any doubts about being with him were gone.

In fact, Trina wanted to experience everything with Spencer, so he realized she wanted to make love.

Spencer was hoping to make the first time more special, especially since Trina would be losing her virginity.

Trina insisted just being with Spencer would make it special and wanted to do it since they might not get another chance.

Spencer and Trina kissed passionately on the bed, but they were still clothed when the ship suddenly stopped moving.

After Spencer looked out the window, he realized they had reached land and looked alarmed.

Back at the hospital, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) quizzed TJ about ALS and hinted about researching it for a friend.

After TJ mentioned Molly’s appointment with Dr. Navarro, Alexis seemed intrigued since she was an OB-GYN.

After Molly’s biopsy, Dr. Navarro said they’d have the results in a few days and wanted to hold off on an official diagnosis.

That said, Dr. Navarro felt it was highly likely that Molly had endometriosis.

Molly was alarmed when Dr. Navarro admitted surgery could be needed in severe cases, but the doc thought they could cross that bridge when they came to it.

Molly seemed worried as she asked how this diagnosis would affect her plans to have a baby with TJ.

Once Molly joined TJ and Alexis soon after, the look on her face told them something was wrong.

General Hospital spoilers TJ and Molly may have to face some bad news together, so stay tuned.
