General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, April 6, reveals that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and his hired guns surrounded the safe house, which forced Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) back inside.
Anna and Valentin urged Lucy to escape through the bedroom window, but Valentin failed to convince Anna to go with her.
Victor’s armed men barged in followed by Victor himself, so that led to him berating Valentin and demanding the Ice Princess necklace.
When Valentin played dumb, Victor had one of his men put Anna in a headlock and threatened to have her neck snapped.
Valentin finally handed over the necklace, but Victor wound up firing a bullet at Anna as she sank to the floor.
Backstage at the Nurses Ball, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) intentionally spilled a drink on Linc Brown (Dan Buran) and pretended Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) mom was looking for her.
Linc grabbed Brook Lynn and ranted about her sabotaging his recruitment attempts.
After reminding Brook Lynn that she had to keep quiet, he insisted on going to track Josslyn down.
When Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) found Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) ordering alcohol, he asked if Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) knew Dex was drinking on the job. Spencer insisted Dex was there to work, not down tequila shots.
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) overheard Spencer calling Dex an employee and lashed out at him for acting like an entitled jerk.
After Trina said she hated always being wrong about Spencer, she rushed off looking upset.
Josslyn blasted Spencer for once again hurting Trina and acted like he should go back to Europe since he’d caused nothing but misery since he returned to Port Charles.
When Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) caught Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) stirring up garage sale questions for Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), she lied about Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) asking for him and broke up the conversation.
OnceCody found Dante and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), it became clear that Gladys deceived Cody about Dante needing to see him.
Sam wondered why Gladys would do that, but Cody looked like he already knew the answer.
Back with Gladys, she warned Sasha away from Cody since she heard he wasn’t a reliable character.
Gladys said Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) broke things off with Cody and added that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) had mentioned something about a necklace.
After Gladys acted like Cody could be after Sasha’s money, she snuck backstage and planted the fancy bracelet that’d been loaned to her in Cody’s jacket pocket.
Over with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), she seemed disappointed since Trina was still keeping her at a distance, but Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) gave her a pep talk.
After Danielle Ponder took the stage for an amazing performance, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) pulled some strings since she wanted to meet her backstage.
Danielle left her law career to follow her singing dreams, so Carly was quite impressed.
As for Sonny, he found Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) and mentioned wanting to set up a scholarship in Epiphany Johnson’s (Sonya Eddy) name.
Sonny handed over another donation to go with the one he’d already made in memory of Stone Cates (Michael Sutton).
Next, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) sang a lively duet and got a great reaction from the crowd.
Linc came up on stage and was all over Blaze in the aftermath, so Brook Lynn finally intervened.
Brook Lynn yelled for Linc to get his hands off Blaze and called him a disgusting creep.
Once Brook Lynn publicly called Linc out for exploiting women, she admitted she was breaking the NDA she signed since Linc was a sexual predator.
Blaze ultimately backed Brook Lynn up and pointed out that she didn’t sign a nondisclosure agreement, so she was going on the record against Linc tonight.
Dante eventually dragged Linc off the stage and said he was creating a public disturbance.
As for Brook Lynn and Chase on Thursday’s GH episode, they locked eyes in an intense moment.
Back with Spencer, one of Victor’s men paid him a visit with a message. Spencer was told that his uncle would be contacting him soon, so he should be ready and do exactly what he was told.
The Nurses Ball continued with a magic act involving Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher), James West (Curtis & Owen Rufca) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
James and Georgie got Liesl’s help with some minor tricks ahead of their biggest one, which involved making Liesl disappear.
Liesl stepped into the vanishing cabinet and indeed vanished, but she didn’t resurface like she was supposed to.
That shocking news left the kids looking confused and unsettled.
Outside, someone stuffed Liesl in a car trunk, so she was obviously being kidnapped on Victor’s orders!
