General Hospital Recap: Thursday, August 10 – ‘Eddie’ & Mason’s Bar Fight – Alexis’ Home Invasion – Carly Saves Olivia

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, August 10, reveals that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) came over with booze and ice cream after receiving a call from Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), who was having another crisis involving the kids and a cramped apartment.

Sam ultimately suggested that Maxie and the children could move in Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) old place since it was just sitting empty.

If Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was going to rent it to anyone, Sam figured there’d be nobody better than Maxie.

At the beach house, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) felt like all her lies led to that moment of Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) getting injured and ending up in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.

Curtis showed up at the Metro Court pool to make things right with Portia, but Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) assured Portia she wasn’t to blame.

Although Portia feared it might be too late to save her marriage, Marshall gave her a pep talk and felt like everything would be all right.

At GH, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) sought Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) help visiting Curtis before he went to his rehab facility tomorrow.

Finn resisted at first, but Trina convinced him that she really needed to see Curtis and let him know how much she cared.

In Curtis’ room, he woke up startled as he remembered the poolside chaos.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) came in and hinted about Curtis adjusting to his situation, but he grumbled over being in a wheelchair forever.

After Trina spoke with Liz briefly, Finn let her in for a visit with Curtis.

Although Trina knew Curtis didn’t want her there, she said she had to see him before he went to rehab.

Trina wanted to tell Curtis how sorry she was for taking sides over his kiss with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and for how she pulled away.

Curtis acknowledged that he pushed Trina away too and hated that he felt like he couldn’t protect her anymore in his current state.

Trina argued that she’d always need her father and pointed out that Curtis previously said he needed his daughter as well.

After Trina promised she wasn’t going anywhere, she gave Curtis a big hug.

Back with Finn, he received some news about a patient emergency and dashed off to handle it. Elizabeth watched Finn rush off and looked curious about the situation.

When Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) came home, she was startled to find Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) watching a docuseries on her sofa.

Kristina explained that her Internet went out, so she came over to stream the show at Alexis’ place instead.

Alexis eventually admitted she’d been out throwing axes and helping a friend check something off a bucket list, so Kristina seemed intrigued over who the friend was.

When Alexis found a bag of books that Sam gave Kristina, she worried Kristina was going to burn them in the fireplace.

Kristina denied that and actually felt the books were helpful, especially since Sam was trying to make amends.

In the end, Kristina told Alexis that her youth center project felt important, so she vowed to finish it and snuggled up close to her mom on the couch.

At Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) place, she talked to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about Pikeman and how they recruited former WSB agents as operatives.

Anna admitted that Valentin had dealings with them years ago and that he was now concerned for her safety.

Dante realized that Anna thought Pikeman had something to do with the attempt on her life.

Anna reflected on her last debriefing in London and how she saw a portfolio with the Pikeman logo on it.

Dante was skeptical about Pikeman’s involvement in going after Anna, but he planned to look into it on the down low and let her know what he came up with.

Outside Anna’s house, someone lurked and seemed ready to cause more trouble.

At The Highsider Bar, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) brought Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) in so they could unwind with a couple beers.

Olivia went to the ladies’ room, so Carly ordered their drinks right as “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) appeared.

“Eddie” quickly started flirting with Carly and suggested one of the other guys there could show Olivia a good time.

Olivia pulled Carly aside and reeled over her husband hitting on her best friend.

When “Eddie” turned his attention to another woman, Carly suggested she’d step in and try to point him back in Olivia’s direction.

“Eddie” was pleased when Carly came back over to him, but she stomped his foot when he badmouthed Olivia and claimed she thought there was a roach.

Carly also talked to “Eddie” about helping the Quartermaines understand who he was and maybe getting them to learn to accept him.

Nearby, Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) thought Olivia looked lonely and hot, but she warned him to get his hands off her or she’d make him sorry. When Mason wouldn’t back off, it got “Eddie’s” attention.

“Eddie” punched Mason, which started a major brawl between them.

Once “Eddie” landed on the floor, Carly knocked Mason out with a bottle to stop him from going after Olivia again.
