General Hospital Recap: Tuesday, March 21 – Dex & Josslyn Forced Apart – Jason Haunts Carly as Drew Makes a Promise

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, March 21, reveals that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) got Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to admit she wanted Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) back.

Moments later, Chase showed up with a bouquet of daffodils, but they turned out to be for Willow since they were her favorite.

Brook Lynn gave Willow and Chase some privacy, so she tried to resist the urge to eavesdrop.

After Brook Lynn told herself she didn’t want to know what Chase thought of her now anyway, she tried to work on a new song at her keyboard.

Back with Willow, she eventually got Chase talking about his feelings for Brook Lynn and how he hadn’t been able to turn them off.

Willow wondered if being right was really worth being without Brook Lynn, especially if she might be Chase’s person.

Afterward, Chase found Brook Lynn at her keyboard, so he confessed that he missed her and their relationship.

At Deception, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) bickered with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) until Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) insisted Lucy already offered the solution.

Maxie agreed to be Lucy’s eyes and ears when it came to Nurses Ball planning.

Although Maxie initially objected to just following Lucy’s orders, she eventually caved in and vowed to follow them exactly.

Once Maxie was alone, she got a flood of texts from Lucy and called Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) on the landline about some new Nurses Ball ideas.

On the footbridge, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) explained the whole Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) takedown scheme – including who was in on it and the plot to let Victor incriminate himself with the fake necklace code.

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) wondered if this had something to do with Operation Demeter and ultimately agreed to pitch in since they needed someone more combat ready.

Once Valentin left, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) opened up about her concerns since she already lost Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Since Carly couldn’t lose Drew too, she got him to promise that he’d come home to her.

Back at the safe house, Anna noticed the table that Valentin had overturned and did a security check before bringing Lucy back in.

Valentin joined them as Lucy insisted she was almost positive Victor didn’t see her at the Metro Court.

On Tuesday’s GH episode, Lucy apologized for everything and left the room to handle more Nurses Ball planning on her burner phone.

Valentin also admitted to Anna that he’d run into Drew and Carly, but Anna thought it was good news that Drew was going to help them.

After they both offered heartfelt apologies, Valentin insisted he couldn’t lose Anna – and Anna didn’t want to lose him either.

That’s why Anna suggested they should focus on burying Victor instead.

At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) penthouse, he got a visit from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

That led to Sonny hinting about his latest mob issue and how he was keeping his distance from his kids as well as Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Sonny just hoped Nina would come back to him when this was all over. If Nina wasn’t in Sonny’s life, Dante asked if that was still the life his dad wanted.

Sonny insisted it was the life he had and acted like there was no way around that.

Although Sonny said the current situation wasn’t permanent, Dante pointed out there’d always be other situations that popped up.

Sonny just hoped that Nina and his kids would stick with him, so Dante admitted he wasn’t going anywhere and gave his father a hug.

At Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) apartment, he got dressed along with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and tried to tell Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that it wasn’t a great time.

Michael warned Dex to make time, so Dex finally opened the door with Josslyn standing behind him.

Josslyn quickly realized that Michael was Dex’s mysterious boss – and Michael realized his sister was now romantically involved with Dex.

Although Michael insisted the job was over and warned Dex to leave town, Dex refused to obey the second order.

Michael could fire Dex, but he couldn’t force him to leave Josslyn behind.

Dex defended his personal relationship with Josslyn, who pointed out that Dex saved her from “The Hook” when Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) was in over her head.

Michael also got updates on the ambush, which led to Dex getting grazed by a bullet and earning more of Sonny’s trust.

Although Michael had wanted to avoid dragging Josslyn into the fallout, she knew everything now.

Josslyn confessed that she cared way less about bringing Sonny to justice than she did about Dex surviving this.

Michael knew the safest route was for Dex to stick to the takedown plan and stay away from Josslyn.

After Michael said this wasn’t about policing their relationship, he insisted Sonny couldn’t find out Dex and Josslyn were together – that is if Joss wanted Dex to live.

Once Michael stomped off, Dex told Josslyn that maybe they could still figure out a plan to see each other.

However, Dex warned that Joss couldn’t come to his place and had to pretend she didn’t care when she saw him in public.

Josslyn acknowledged that she did indeed care before sharing a kiss with Dex.

After Josslyn and Dex agreed they had no regrets about their romance, Joss headed out.

General Hospital spoilers say Dex and Josslyn’s relationship could lead to more curveballs, so stay tuned!
