General Hospital spoilers tease that the Hook will strike again, but who dies? There seems to be two ways this could go, and upcoming spoilers tease it could be one of two people who fall prey.
General Hospital’s Friday, December 30th’s cliffhanger ended with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) being approached by The Hook as she waited at the pier to board The Haunted Star.
The GH preview video for Tuesday, January 3 showed her cowering in fear as the deadly hook seemed poised to be plunged into her.
But also in the Tuesday preview, Britt Westbourne, (Kelly Thiebaud) who had just left her birthday party early, which Josslyn was on her way to, waited also, with her hair flying in a slight breeze.
Britt says to herself there’s only ten minutes before she leaves Port Charles for good, the implication being she’s already left the Haunted Star and is waiting for another boat to pick her up.
Is The Hook’s Victim Joss?
General Hospital spoilers for the week of January 2-6 indicate Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will interrogate a patient at GH, which could be either Joss or Britt.
The next day, tragic news spreads through Port Charles, implying that whichever one was the victim will die.
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) will be shocked, which could also pertain to the death of either Josslyn or Britt. Spencer was very close to Britt when he was a little boy, but he was close to Josslyn as well.
During the week of January 9, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) steels herself, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) opens up to his mom and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) family rallies around him while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) expresses regret.
At the time of Joss’s potential attack, Carly was out of town celebrating with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Sonny’s regret could also apply to either Josslyn or Britt being the victim, because he’s involved with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) who’s Britt’s cousin.
Or Britt Attacked?
General Hospital spoilers for the next two weeks make more sense with the victim being Britt. Britt was leaving town basically to die, not wanting her family and friends to witness her deterioration and eventual death from Huntington’s Disease, so she has nothing left to lose.
One can easily imagine her playing hero and taking the hook for Josslyn, giving time for Joss to get away-after all, Joss is a friend of Spencer’s from childhood.
During the week of January 2, Carly offers support – she would be much too upset if her daughter was killed, her being the one in need of support.
Plus, one other big clue is that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) takes matters into her own hands, and GH viewers remember what happened when Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) was killed.
It makes much more sense that Britt gives her life to save Josslyn, than Josslyn being the victim who dies!
