General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will find himself in familiar territory during the week of July 24-28. GH fans know Dex was the one who found Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby’s (Heather Mazur) body after she crossed Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and paid the price.
Now it looks like Dex will once again stumble across a body since GH spoilers say he’ll make a gruesome discovery. That’s usually code for when someone turns up after perishing on a soap.
Assuming that Dex indeed finds a body somewhere, we have to consider who this person might be. Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) seems like a good contender based on some surrounding spoilers for the same week.
The same day Dex makes this gruesome discovery, Sonny will catch an argument in progress.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) might end up clashing over Mason’s demise once their feud with him goes too far.
Whatever the case, Sonny will apparently deliver orders to Dex after he finds someone’s body, so he might instruct Dex on how to get rid of it.
Ava will also have to provide an explanation around this time – and then she’ll have to rely on a former enemy for help.
We’ll see Ava make a major confession, so she may finally admit the whole ugly story to Sonny and hope he’s willing to help her along with Austin.
Will Sonny find out about all the Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss) mayhem and how Mason wound up resorting to blackmail?
Will Sonny get updates on Mason and Austin’s dangerous boss before deciding Mason’s body needs to disappear?
If Ava indeed confesses to Sonny, he’ll no doubt be upset that she didn’t come to him sooner.
However, Sonny may help clean up the mess anyway since Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) would be crushed if Ava went to prison.
Of course, it’s possible the body will be someone besides Mason, but the timing fits for him to be a goner!
