General Hospital Spoilers reveal Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) aren’t doing so hot. Every time they attempt to score some alone time together, they seem to be interrupted by Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and Ace Cassadine’s (Jay and Joey Clay) long list of needs.
Happy to oblige Esme but frustrated to continue missing his girlfriend, Spencer keeps stepping up to the plate to care for his baby brother. Trina can’t fault him for that, but that doesn’t mean this is working for her anymore either.

Trina keeps trying to find her way back to the space she was sharing with Spencer in Greenland. It felt like the world was ending and they were the only two people in it.
Now, it often feels like Esme and Ace are the only two people in Spencer’s world. Try as she may, Trina has realized that the only way forward with her boyfriend is going to demand a lot of patience from her, but is she being patient to a fault?
Is Trina’s willingness to table her own feelings and desires just staving off an inevitable ending for Sprina because she’s not actually comfortable with this lack of time and attention at all and never will be? Let’s be honest; it’s not going to change as Ace gets older.
GH Spoilers Suggest Spencer’s Plans are Foiled
Spencer has big plans to sweep Trina away for the weekend to New York City. She may have tried to hide it when he came by her dorm room, but she loves how excited he is to get away with her.
This is just the kind of attention Trina has been looking for from her beau, but it would be nice if it didn’t require such extravagance to feel like they are really connecting.
That being said, she may be left clinging to his promise of an eventual trip to NYC when Esme cries out for help and he feels obliged to stay close to home.
General Hospital Spoilers — Trina Continues to Step Aside
Not only will Spencer not be leaving town with Trina as planned, but the romantic interlude they were both hoping for on their trip will be further pushed out of sight.
A mission accomplished for Esme, Trina will continue to take the high road and keep her lips sealed about how disappointed she really is.
Just how long can she keep up this act before she loses all interest in staying tethered to a relationship that is going nowhere?
