General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will get dragged into some chaotic family drama. Whether Esme wants to or not, she’ll become part of the escape posse that’s currently forming at Spring Ridge.
Heather Webber (Alley Mills) may try to talk Esme into leaving, but it’s doubtful amnesiac Esme will want to make her legal nightmare worse.
Esme may pass on the idea of bolting with Heather and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), so that’s when Heather may force her to join them.
Of course, it’d actually work out pretty well for Ryan and Heather to have a hostage.
Heather may swipe a gun from a security guard, hold it on Esme and score a path to freedom along the Ryan.
However, the timing couldn’t be worse when it comes to Esme’s pregnancy. Esme’s due date is rapidly approaching – and the stress of all this will inevitably bring the baby into the world even sooner than planned.

Although Esme may become terrified about giving birth under difficult circumstances, this baby will be coming no matter what.

Although Esme has been blocking out her trauma so far, there’s a chance that facing another traumatic situation could open the memory floodgates.
That’s especially true since Esme will finally meet her baby and connect with him or her.
That connection could pull Esme back to the reality of her situation and help her remember exactly who she is and what she’s done.
Esme has to get some memory updates sooner or later, so it might as well be during this unsettling baby crisis.
