General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, February 17, tease that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will have to drop more truth bombs. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is an emotional wreck now that she knows Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) might be her biological father, but Curtis and Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) will face the news next.
When Portia tries to explain herself, Curtis will be outraged.
It’ll seem like Portia is trying to justify her lie, but she’ll undoubtedly claim she’s just trying to help Curtis understand her perspective.
Curtis ended things with Portia after he found out she was married, so Portia thought it was best to just let Taggert believe Trina was his own daughter – regardless of whatever her true paternity might be.
As Trina continues to process Portia’s actions, she’ll share a moment alone with Taggert. When Taggert remains calm, it’ll leave Trina wondering if Portia’s deception doesn’t matter to him.
Taggert may admit he already suspected Trina could be Curtis’ flesh and blood.
However, it’s clear that Taggert has been Trina’s dad in every way that counted, so he might talk about falling in love at the sight of her and never caring about DNA.
Of course, Taggert’s main concern will be making sure Trina’s OK. When Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) gets updates on what’s gone down, that’ll become his priority as well.
Next, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will face a shocker and ask someone for a favor.
As the mayor, Laura will no doubt be very involved in all the Spring Ridge escape horror that’s playing out.
Over with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), he won’t understand why Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) has suddenly lost her nerve.
Eileen was already on edge after hearing about all the supposed deaths in Paris, but now she’ll have Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) “haunting” on her mind.
Anna recorded a message that was played over the radio of Eileen’s car, so now she’s worried she’ll be the next corpse if she continues down this path.
Nevertheless, Victor is far more dangerous than any fake ghost, so going against him could be risky!
After Victor delivers some orders, he’ll expect them to be carried out ASAP. If Eileen stands her ground and refuses to do what Victor asks of her, there’s going to be trouble.
Other GH spoilers say Anna will talk to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) about waiting to hear from his contact before they make their next move.
Unfortunately, that waiting game will give Valentin and Anna time to worry – perhaps about Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) if they try to get in touch and can’t reach her.
Felicia was visiting Ava Jerome (Maura West) at Wyndemere when Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) showed up, so they were both stunned over his arrival.
On Friday’s GH episode, Ryan will hold a gun on Ava and Felicia as he talks about getting two for the price of one.
Although Felicia and Ava will fear for their lives, maybe Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will come to their rescue since he’s also at Wyndemere.
Austin will have the element of surprise on his side, but he’ll have to be careful since his sudden appearance could unleash Ryan’s wrath.
Finally, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will find Mac Scorpio (John J. York) following Ryan’s attack.
Ryan knocked Mac out and left him on the side of the road, so Jordan will rush to Mac’s aid.
Thankfully, Mac will assure Jordan that he’s fine. It won’t be long until Jordan and Mac team up to stop all the fugitive mayhem, so stay tuned to watch them in action.
