General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, January 6, tease that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will blame herself once she gets updates on Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) death. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will assure Josslyn that this isn’t her fault, but Joss will still feel guilty for Britt’s demise – and for Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) heartache.
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will hear about the breakup from Cameron and wonder if this happened because of “that jerk” Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
Thanks to Spencer, Cam may realize Josslyn fell out of love with him while she was falling for Dex instead.
At some point, Spencer should also have a chance to react to Britt’s grim fate, so that’s sure to hit him hard.
Later, Dex will meet with someone and insist they know how to reach him.
Whether Dex speaks to Josslyn or perhaps Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Dex will make himself available.
Other GH spoilers say Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will stress the importance of his mission and do whatever he can to help Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
Drew will make a phone call that’s crucial to Willow’s birth parents investigation and insist that a woman’s life could depend on this.
Over with Willow, she’ll get a phone call of her own with Michael by her side.
Willow will ask about her latest test results and hope her chemo is working, but she may be facing bad news.
Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will want Willow to visit the hospital for an appointment, so that could mean she wants to deliver a crushing blow in person.
If Willow’s chemo isn’t working as well as Terry hoped, that could make the bone marrow donor search even more important.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will bicker with someone and warn that something’s not going to happen.
Liz may shut down Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) next plan since she spends most of her time dealing with his drama lately!
Nikolas will eventually face Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) wrath, so Sonny may call him out for sleeping with Spencer’s now former girlfriend.
Sonny will physically attack Nikolas, but a little manhandling is the least of Nik’s problems.
In Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) hospital room, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will seek revenge.
Since Liesl believes Esme is “The Hook,” she just showed up and agreed to give Esme stronger meds.
Of course, Esme expects something to help her sleep, but Liesl is undoubtedly planning a fatal dose.
Before Liesl goes in for the kill, she may taunt Esme and leave her confused.
Down the hall, Sonny should help Nina put the pieces together and realize Obrecht is going after vigilante justice.
It looks like Nina will eventually barge in and exclaim over what Liesl’s done.
Although Obrecht obviously won’t murder Esme, Nina may realize her drugging plot and have a frantic freak-out..
Then again, it’s also possible Esme will fight Liesl off – perhaps by hitting her in the head with a food tray or something along those lines.
Nina’s shocked reaction could just as easily come because Liesl’s been knocked out.
Regardless, General Hospital spoilers say Nina will do her best to tackle this crisis and prevent a deadly mistake.
