General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, March 3, tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will push Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to acknowledge the weird tension between them, which Sasha believes has something to do with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
It looks like Brook Lynn will remain reluctant to talk about it, so Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will quiz Sasha about her feelings instead.
Brook Lynn will catch Maxie and Sasha’s discussion soon after, so Sasha may assure Brook Lynn that Chase is her friend and nothing more.
Based on Sasha’s sad speech at Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) grave, she doesn’t seem ready to move on yet and may tell Brook Lynn that.
Brook Lynn has plenty of problems when it comes to her broken bond with Chase, but at least she can cross Sasha off the list as competition.
Next, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will dodge his son’s questions, so Chase will wonder if there’s a reason why Gregory won’t tell him why he’s at the hospital.
Gregory needed to see someone in exam room three and shut down TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) guess about him having the bug that’s been going around.
Since Gregory responded with “if only,” it seems he’s battling a serious illness and wishes it was something more insignificant.
Will Gregory keep that news to himself a little longer or will Chase pry the truth out of him?
Regardless, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is about to make a shocking discovery when she calls PCU to object to their ruling.
Gregory claimed that the PCU wouldn’t let him join the editorial board due to a conflict of interest, but he insisted he wanted to work at The Invader and would’ve taken the job otherwise.
That’s why Alexis will try to fight the university on this, but they may have no clue what she’s talking about.
There’s a good chance Gregory never made any kind of pitch at all since he’s focused on this secret illness and apparently has a grim prognosis.
While Alexis tackles a mystery, Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) plan will be thwarted.
Although Spencer wanted to keep Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) baby away from her, he may hit some snags on the path to getting custody of Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay).
At the penthouse, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will kiss Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) while Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) suggests Sam’s been holding out on them.
While searching for dessert in the grocery bags, Kristina just stumbled upon a pregnancy test.
Since Sam opted for sparkling water at brunch earlier and claimed food poisoning, the wheels are turning for Kristina – who now has that pregnancy test behind her back.
However, Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) is the one who’s been acting like she’s hiding a potential pregnancy.
Molly hasn’t been feeling well and got flustered as she searched for an excuse to turn down the bubbly she was offered.
It’s easy to see that Molly is a big bundle of nerves while Sam’s been perfectly calm.
Of course, Chase was just asking Dante if he might have kids with Sam, so GH writers seem to be creating some confusion for comedy’s sake.
It’s possible Sam is having a pregnancy scare at the same time, but there’s probably another explanation.
Maybe Molly secretly confided in Sam and asked her to pick up the test or something along those lines.
Whatever the case, Dante may get a false alarm where he thinks he’s going to be a father again – or perhaps Molly will return to stop Kristina before that happens.
Either way, Molly’s pregnancy scare is the one to focus on here.
We’ll see Molly worry about how TJ might react to baby updates and most likely take that test to confirm if she’s carrying his child.
Over with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she’ll think Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) only has himself to blame for his problems.
Laura may think Victor drove Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) away as much as Esme and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) did, but GH fans know there’s far more to the story!
In the morgue, Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) will plead with Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) “ghost.”
Anna has appeared in some sort of hologram trick and will threaten Eileen until she cracks under the pressure.
Eileen will vow to do anything if Anna will just spare her and stop all the hauntings.
Anna will have Eileen right where she wants her and could convince her to flip on Victor soon enough.
General Hospital spoilers say Anna will pull off a win, but more shockers are just around the corner.
