General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, March 3 Recap – Spencer Can’t Take Baby Ace Home - Felicia’s Anna Mask Trick Revealed

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Friday, March 3, reveals that Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) “ghost” warned that Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) was next and vowed to keep haunting her if she didn’t confess.

Eileen finally admitted she knew about the frame-up and that she helped by making sure the drone was at the waterfront to capture the footage of Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) in disguise shooting Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).

The ghostly projection stopped moving as Anna entered the morgue – and the dead-looking “Anna” on the slab turned out to be Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) wearing a mask and gruesome makeup.

Felicia played a recording of Eileen’s confession, but the deputy mayor argued that wouldn’t hold up in court.

Anna wondered if Eileen really wanted to take that chance and pointed out that it could also be leaked to the press since her constituents should know about this.

Although Laura Collins (Genie Francis) would ask for Eileen’s resignation, Anna pointed out that she had some sway with DA Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and could use that if Eileen helped them take Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) down.

Eileen put up a fight since Victor could kill her, but she ultimately understood she had no choice since Victor would hear the recording anyway if they leaked it.

Once Eileen agreed to be part of the takedown team, Felicia said they could start tonight – and Anna was eager to nail Victor to the wall!

At the Metro Court, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) called Dean Jeffries and discovered that Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) no longer worked at PCU, so she was confused over the news.

The dean’s updates left Alexis wondering why Gregory had been lying to her.

Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) thought maybe Alexis didn’t know Gregory as well as she thought and seemed wary of their friendship, but Alexis felt there was more going on and planned to get answers.

Back at GH, Laura helped Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) figure out the baby carrier that he planned to take his little brother home in.

Spencer wanted to change Ace Cassadine’s (Jay and Joey Clay) name to something more fitting – something that represented his future and not his past.

Laura thought Spencer wanted to erase Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) from Ace’s life and didn’t think that was the right way to go.

The baby needed his mother, so Laura thought it’d be better to make Esme want Spencer’s support.

However, Spencer was adamant about not wanting Esme anywhere near the baby.

Victor eventually strolled over and met the newest Cassadine heir, so he talked about how this child gave him hope and how he’d do everything to ensure the Cassadines had a prosperous future.

Victor also wanted Spencer and the baby to move in with him, but Spencer admitted he already had everything set up at Laura’s place.

Laura privately faced off with Victor and hinted about the fallout of his day of reckoning, so he seemed a little on edge.

Although Spencer assumed he’d be all set to take his brother home upon his release, Diane showed up to admit there’d been a change of plans and said this baby wasn’t going anywhere.

Meanwhile, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) quizzed Gregory about why he was at the hospital and grew suspicious when his father didn’t offer an answer.

Gregory ultimately blamed migraines and then pretended to remember he had a refill on medication at home.

As for Chase and his tweaked shoulder, Gregory knew Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) got him all worked up. If there was still a chance for Brook Lynn and Chase, Gregory didn’t want his son to look back and regret wasting time on all his anger.

Chase also bumped into Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), who fished to find out if he had something going on with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).

Maxie hinted about Brook Lynn thinking that was the case, but Chase made it clear Sasha was just a friend.

At Kelly’s, Sasha wanted to get past the tension with Brook Lynn for their friendship’s sake and because they worked together.

Brook Lynn admitted she was quitting Deception, but she assured Sasha that it had nothing to do with Chase.

Sasha insisted there was nothing going on and assured Brook Lynn that Chase was just being a friend like he’d always been.

Besides, Sasha was still grieving Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and it was obvious that Chase only had eyes for Brook Lynn.

As Brook Lynn left the restaurant with Sasha, she acted like she was completely over Chase and glad about it since she could focus on her career as a manager.

Once Brook Lynn walked away with Sasha, Chase appeared and looked disappointed since he’d apparently overheard his ex.

After Alexis summoned Gregory to The Invader, he gave her some pointers on a new piece.

Alexis believed Gregory meant it when he said he was her friend, so she finally asked why he was lying to her.

At Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) penthouse, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) showed off the pregnancy test she found and left Dante thinking it was Sam’s.

Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) spared everyone from the awkward confusion when she returned and revealed the pregnancy test came from her bag.

Kristina was excited at the prospect of being an aunt again, but Molly admitted she didn’t know for sure – and that’s what the test was for.

Molly also confessed that TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) didn’t know yet, so she worried about his reaction since they weren’t settled in their careers.

After Kristina and Sam vowed to keep the secret, Sam got Dante to agree to keep his mouth shut, too.

Dante admitted he would’ve been over the moon if Sam had been pregnant, but he also liked their life the way it was and thought maybe they shouldn’t have more kids.

Sam was on the same page, so they shared a lovey-dovey moment.

Back with Kristina, she encouraged Molly to see that there’d never be a perfect time to start a family.

When Molly looked in her heart, she admitted she wanted to have TJ’s baby.

Molly eventually gathered her courage and called TJ, who answered once he realized Gregory wasn’t in the exam room.

After confirming that TJ had a minute to talk, Molly said there was something she wanted to tell him.

General Hospital spoilers say Molly and TJ will start a new journey together soon, so stay tuned to ABC’s GH.
