General Hospital (GH spoilers for Friday, May 19, tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will smile as she updates Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and delivers the news that she’s taking charge of her life again. Sasha plans to drop the guardianship and let Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) off the hook, but more trouble’s brewing.
Gladys has once again racked up a bunch of debt, so she could dip into Sasha’s account or use more of her assets.
However, Gladys could end up going with Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) alternative since she’ll track Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) down for a conversation.
After Gladys interrupts Sonny’s chat with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), she’ll tell Dex to take a number since family comes first.
Gladys could fish for info on Sonny’s dealings so that she can give Selina enough to get her off her back.
Whatever the case, Sonny will soon turn his attention to a different visitor since Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will arrive and announce that she’s going to take Sonny up on an offer.
Although Sonny isn’t a couple with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) anymore, he’s always vowed to be there for Josslyn and help with anything she needs.
Josslyn may admit that she’s concerned about losing Dex to the dangers of the mob world. Perhaps Josslyn will try to convince Sonny to let Dex out before something tragic happens.
Of course, it’s never quite that simple when it comes to the mob, so Josslyn’s request may not work out as well as she hopes.
Sonny has put a great deal of time and effort into training Dex, so he may not be keen on letting his new righthand man go.
At GH, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will fill Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) in on his attempt to end the war with Sonny.
Dante will wonder if that’s what Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) wants or what Michael wants, but Michael may argue that family peace is for the best.
Back with Nina, she’ll lean on Sasha for support since she’s desperate to bond with Willow. Sasha may give Nina a pep talk and urge her to have faith that Willow will come around sooner or later.
At Kelly’s, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will have an awkward conversation with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and hint about a surprise he doesn’t want to ruin.
Scott will also have a meeting with his newest client now that he’s agreed to represent Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
Cody will have a strategy session with Scott on Friday’s episode as they discuss a potential WSB lawsuit and Cody’s defense in the stolen bracelet case.
At the hospital again, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will complain to Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) about something Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) did deliberately.
It sounds like Portia will believe Jordan wants Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for herself – and Jordan clearly does if that kiss she just shared with Curtis is any indication!
Curtis and Jordan locked lips at the end of Thursday’s show, so that’ll lead to Curtis insisting they should get out of there on Friday’s exciting episode.
Will Jordan and Curtis indeed leave The Savoy and go somewhere more private? Could Curtis – who’s still married to Portia – hit the sheets with Jordan behind his wife’s back?
General Hospital spoilers say Curtis could use a way to blow off some steam, but he may regret it if he takes things too far with Jordan.
