General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Haley Pullos) baby storyline could be headed in a different direction than you might think. At first, it looked like Molly might already be pregnant, but that test will soon confirm she’s not.
The good news is Molly and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will decide they’d like to have a baby anyway. The bad news is it may not be quite that simple.
You can bet TJ and Molly will begin this family journey full of optimism, but that may dwindle as months go by without conceiving. At some point, Molly and TJ may get confirmation that something’s wrong.
What happens if TJ and Molly find out they’re facing some infertility issues? Could Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) ride to the rescue as a surrogate?
There are good reasons to think that may be where this storyline is going.
For starters, GH spoilers have been hinting about Molly and Kristina’s storylines being connected.
We already saw evidence of that when Kristina was the one to find the pregnancy test and help Molly realize she indeed wanted to have TJ’s child.
That brings us to another potential hint, which came in the dialogue for the March 3 episode. After Kristina asked Molly what her heart was telling her, Molly admitted it said she really wanted to have a baby with TJ.
“Me too! I mean, not…not me having the baby. I want…I want you to have the baby,” Kristina stammered out before the sisters erupted in laughter.
However, if we look a little closer, maybe there’s a surrogacy clue here. What if Kristina truly does end up having a baby for Molly?
If Molly learns there’s some medical reason why she can’t carry her unborn child to term, Kristina may volunteer to help. It’s easy to imagine Kristina carrying Molly and TJ’s baby for them as a surrogate.
Kristina doesn’t have much going on these days and isn’t in a relationship that this decision might hinder.
This would give Kristina something to do and put her at the center of the action when it comes to Molly and TJ’s family mission.
If Kristina gets updates on TJ and Molly struggling to make their baby dreams a reality, she may get involved with a surrogacy shocker!
