General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have decided to travel to the island and elope rather than having a big wedding extravaganza. Nina and Sonny mostly just want to be married, so they’re opting to take a low-key approach.
Sonny and Nina are so close to tying the knot, but the timing couldn’t be worse since Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is closing in on the truth about the insider trading snitch.
Michael now has an SEC contact who’s working on finding out who the anonymous source was.
Since Michael blames that person for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) suffering, he’s determined to expose the truth.
During the week of October 2-6, Michael and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will have an important choice to make.
There’s a good chance that’ll involve whether they’ll be part of the small marriage ceremony that Nina and Sonny have in mind.
Although Sonny and Nina are eloping, they’d still love to have Willow and Michael there.
Nina may admit it’s especially important to her, so Willow may agree to come along with Michael.
Since Michael is trying to get his relationship with Sonny back on track, he may view this as a gesture of goodwill.
However, things will take a shocking turn during the week of October 9-13.
Willow already had a nightmare involving Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel), who was obviously trying to tell her that she couldn’t trust Nina.
It looks like Willow will have yet another bad dream shortly before Nina and Sonny are set to tie the knot.
There’ll be something that unnerves Willow, so she’ll be weirded out again.
Next, Michael will make a stunning discovery on Sonny and Nina’s wedding day.
Again, the timing couldn’t be worse since Michael’s clearly about to learn Nina is the SEC snitch just before she walks down the aisle!
General Hospital spoilers say Michael will decide to make a dirty move, so he may rip Nina’s bliss away in the middle of the wedding.
Perhaps Michael will let Nina think she’s going to live happily ever after with Sonny – only to object and warn that Sonny can’t marry the woman who turned in Carly and Drew!
