General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will get some surprising news soon – and it could throw off her plans for the future in a big way. A major bombshell is coming up for Molly, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
GH fans know Molly’s pregnancy scare resulted in her realizing she really did want a child with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
Once TJ confirmed he was ready to start a family too, he got on board with trying for a baby with Molly.
When Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) noticed Molly and TJ were abstaining from alcohol at the Nurses Ball, they filled her in on the situation.
Jordan was thrilled, but TJ and Molly acted like she shouldn’t get too excited yet.
Molly and TJ just now kicked off their baby journey, but Jordan insisted they were the two most efficient people she knew.
With that in mind, Jordan was sure it wouldn’t take TJ and Molly too long to have a child together.
Of course, that seemed like a giant anvil that could hit hard for Molly and TJ in the episodes ahead.
Since Jordan was so certain Molly would be pregnant soon, she’s clearly going to have trouble conceiving a baby instead.
That brings us to the surprising news we mentioned, which Molly will react to during the week of April 17-21.

CDL previously speculated that Molly was gearing up for an infertility story – and now there’s more proof to back up this sad setback.
It sounds like Molly’s plans to be a mom will be derailed, so this could lead to some problems in her relationship with TJ.
Molly may feel disappointed in herself for not being able to give TJ a child, even though it’s obviously not her fault.
It’s possible TJ will be the problem instead, but the point is Molly and TJ likely won’t be able to have a baby without some help.
This could lead to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) stepping up as a surrogate down the road, but right now Molly’s focus will likely be on the devastation.
We may see Molly pull away from TJ and hide any infertility news she receives at first.
TJ may eventually notice something’s wrong and pry a tearful confession out of Molly about her medical struggles.
