General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, March 20, tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will realize Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is missing from the safe house, so that’ll launch an argument with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
It looks like they’ll play the blame game, but Valentin will insist Anna screwed up and can’t own up to it.
Of course, standing around fighting won’t resolve anything, so Anna will eventually take off on a risky mission to find Lucy before she makes an even bigger mess.
At the Metro Court, Lucy just showed up looking like a dowdy librarian, but her glasses and updo hairstyle aren’t going to fool anyone who gets too close.
That’s why Lucy will be taking a major gamble when she sneaks by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) at the bar.
Lucy will try to listen in on Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Bobbie Spencer’s (Jacklyn Zeman) Nurses Ball discussion nearby, but she’ll ultimately decide to corner Maxie alone.
At the Deception office, Maxie will scream as she gets ambushed from behind. It turns out Lucy will grab Maxie and put a hand over her mouth to muffle the noise.
Once Maxie calms down, GH spoilers say she’ll be a mixture of confused and relieved. Lucy is supposed to be dead, so Maxie will push for news about what’s going on.
Back with Victor, he’ll meet with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) about Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) imminent freedom and Ace Cassadine’s (Jay and Joey Clay) future.
Spencer is getting more ruthless every day, so it won’t be surprising if he asks Victor to take Esme out of the picture permanently.
Of course, Spencer could also push Victor to pull some strings and make sure he gets custody of Ace ASAP.
That could be a difficult feat, but Spencer will insist his little brother is in danger and will hope Victor can help save him.
Next, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will express concern over Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) idea.
Once Dex explains what he has in mind, Josslyn will warn that it’d mean signing his own death warrant!
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will also meet with someone on the footbridge and insist this person needs to convince her to keep his or her secret.
That could be Dex since Carly knows he has a plan to get out of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) organization somehow.
It could leave Carly concerned and suspicious of what Dex is really up to.
Then again, Carly might end up grilling someone else instead since she’s got a habit of poking her nose where it doesn’t belong.
At Sonny’s penthouse, he’ll insist his children won’t be visiting and neither will Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Until this threat can be eliminated, Sonny will want to take a break from his relationship with Nina and spend some time apart.
Elsewhere, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will have a special request.
That could be for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) if Willow once again pushes him to patch things up with Sonny.
Michael will also confide in Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), so she might give Michael a nudge toward making amends with Sonny as well.
Unfortunately, Michael is running out of time to decide whether he wants to fix his bond with Sonny or blow it to smithereens forever!
