General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, March 6, tease that Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will spell out why Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) can’t take Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) home like he planned. It looks like Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) may be allowed to keep Ace with her like Heather Webber (Alley Mills) predicted.
Spencer will make some bold guarantee during his conversation with Diane, but she’ll warn that it might do more harm than good.
Diane won’t seem optimistic about Spencer scoring custody, so she’ll give him a reality check.
In Esme’s room at GH, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will acknowledge that she played a role in helping Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) hold her captive.
However, Liz won’t think she owes Esme an apology – especially not after what Esme did to Cameron Webber (William Lipton) with that leaked video.
Esme’s perception will shift, so we’ll see if that’s about her view of Elizabeth or something more.
There’s a chance Esme will face total recall since she remembered to name her baby “Ace,” which suggests her memories are trying to rise to the surface.
Later, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will corner Liz and deliver a fierce threat now that she’s ratted Nikolas out to the cops.
Elizabeth may be a bit unsettled, but at least she’ll remain a free woman and can go home to her boys.
Over with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she’ll talk to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and share a new perspective.
Liesl will explain her different view of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and try to open Willow’s heart to the idea of a relationship.
Of course, Obrecht is now in the position to save Willow’s life through a bone marrow transplant.
That’ll make Willow more willing to consider what Liesl wants – and Michael will basically be willing to promise anything as long as Willow lives!
Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will eventually confirm the news about Liesl being a suitable donor for Willow, so the transplant will move forward soon.
In the meantime, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will gush to Ava Jerome (Maura West) about having so much to celebrate.
Unfortunately, Ava will still be uneasy over Nikolas’ body disappearing from the tack room.
GH spoilers say Ava will confide in Sonny, so we’ll see just how much she’s willing to spill about this Nikolas mystery and the mess she’s caught up in.
As for Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth), he’ll warn Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) that no one can make him go back – presumably to Pautuck and the mob life he left behind.
Mason may insist he’s calling the shots and reveal that he knows what happened to Nikolas.
Whether Mason divulges the life support details or not, he’ll surely hold the Nik drama over Austin’s head.
Austin will be most concerned for Ava, so he’ll have to take Mason and any blackmail threats he makes seriously.
Finally, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will push Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) to reveal why he lied to her, but what will he say?
Gregory is obviously battling an illness of some sort, so we’ll see if he’s willing to offer updates on what must be a grim diagnosis.
General Hospital spoilers state that Alexis will hope for answers, so stay tuned to see if she gets them.
