General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, May 8, tease that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will squeeze in a little private time with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and wonder why she gets to be the lucky one. It sounds like Josslyn will feel guilty about how happy she is with Dex when others in her life are going through so much turmoil.
At GH, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will assure Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) that something’s not going to happen, but Willow will warn that he doesn’t know that.
Willow may want Michael to be prepared in case she doesn’t survive long enough for Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to make it back from Greenland.
Although Liesl and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) are now on their way home, Willow will still have concerns.
Of course, Willow may also want to discuss Michael’s plot against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and warn that it could blow up his family permanently if he goes through with it.
We’ll see Willow offer a fresh perspective and help Michael see that he could do irreparable damage to many relationships, so that could give him a reason to pump the brakes and really think about this.
Next, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will have some guidance for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who’ll remain uneasy about Willow’s latest health news and her fractured relationship with her.
Sam might open up about her own experience when she first got to know Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) as her mother – or maybe she’ll just have some advice on how to survive this last stretch of waiting.
Over with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she’ll have an honest discussion with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
It looks like Dante will acknowledge how fast the SEC is moving and admit they could have a strong case.
Other GH spoilers say Sonny will seek a favor from Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), who’ll act like his request would mean breaking the rules.
Sonny will suggest it’s too late to be a stickler for those and push Diane to help him anyway.
We also have to talk about the explosion that just happened after the drone strike was redirected to The Haunted Star.
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) were aghast over the ship going up in flames since Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) was seemingly still on board with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).
General Hospital spoilers say Trina will remain terrified on Monday’s episode when someone from the WSB reveals that a body was recovered from the wreckage.
Since we know this is Victor’s exit storyline, Trina should breathe a sigh of relief when that body turns out to be Victor’s instead of Spencer’s.
It’s possible Spencer will be missing for a bit, but he’ll survive this wild ordeal and get a heartwarming reunion with Trina sooner or later.
As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll be looking much better after receiving the antidote.
Valentin should be pleased to know the threat’s over for good when he perhaps sees Victor’s body for himself.
