General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, March 6 to March 17, tease that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will hope to get to the bottom of Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) lies. The week of March 6-10 will put Gregory on the spot as he decides whether he’ll come clean about his apparent illness.
Over with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), she’ll give Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) some disappointing updates regarding his baby brother.
Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will be the reason Spencer’s blocked from taking Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) home with him.
Meanwhile, more preparations will be made for Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to give Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) life-saving bone marrow.
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will also take a moment to secretly meet with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), who’ll be concerned about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) shutting him out of the Pikeman deal.
However, Michael won’t think Dex should give up and will offer some tips to get back in the inner circle of trust.
In the meantime, Gladys Corbin’s (Bonnie Burroughs) secret will blow up, so she’ll get grilled by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) regarding her poker game debt and the way she’s been abusing her role as Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) guardian.
General Hospital spoilers say Sasha will ultimately put Gladys on full blast, so there’ll be some major backlash.
Next, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will meet up with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), so that’ll bring some brainstorming.
Unfortunately, Lucy will also end up getting some horrifying news, so that’ll surely tie in with all the Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) chaos somehow.
During the week of March 13-17, Lucy will be running out of patience.
Although Lucy will want to take Victor down and get back to living her old life, she’ll have to sit tight and let this plot play out.
Elsewhere, Dex will take Michael’s advice and do something to impress Sonny. It sounds like Dex will turn things around and make himself part of the Pikeman deal again.
Over with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she’ll play peacemaker – most likely for Spencer and Esme as their battle intensifies.
Spencer’s anger will reach a boiling point, but Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will try to calm him down and will divulge a strategy.
If that strategy helps Spencer gain custody or at least have contact with Ace, then he should be quite interested.
Esme will also get an unexpected visitor, so that could be Maggie Fitzgerald (Heather Olt) or someone else depending on where her story goes next.
Other GH spoilers say Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will have a chance to talk, so they may declare a judgment-free zone.
Unlike Liesl, Portia hopefully won’t blame Elizabeth for the hook confusion during Esme’s captivity.
In fact, Portia might admit she would’ve done the same thing in Liz’s position.
As for Portia’s decision to hide Trina’s paternity mystery, Elizabeth may understand that it was complicated for all parties involved.
As for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), she’ll face a harsh reality.
Nina may be granted a visit with Willow after the bone marrow transplant, but the continued strain might help her realize even Liesl can’t fix what’s broken in their mother-daughter relationship.
Fortunately, Nina will reach out to Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) and get some guidance, so she may also get some hope for the future.
As for Diane and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), they’ll talk about a case. Could that involve missing Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) or something else?
Regardless, Victor will face a shocker, so he may make a Nikolas-related discovery.
Will Victor find out Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) has comatose Nikolas or could this be about Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) attack before the tack room disappearance?
Back with Sonny, he’ll end up in a familiar situation with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
That could involve more Nina feuding since that’s all Carly and Sonny seem to be able to discuss these days!
Finally, Josslyn will corner Dex and push for answers.
Dex will be in dangerous territory as far as Josslyn’s concerned, so she’ll want to stay in the loop as the Pikeman drama heats up.
Josslyn could also find out Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is Dex’s boss, so she might argue that he should’ve come clean about that a long time ago!
General Hospital spoilers say Dex will take some huge gambles as he works to take Sonny down, so stay tuned.
